I have purchased a Washing Machine on 17.10.2010 & after that 3 times it got Struk up & Service Engineer supervised & told me that it's a small mistake even after 3 rd time the problem not solved in 5 months 3 times machine got repair & now it's in Useless....

i purchased a godrej fully automatic washing machine in the godrej product exchange scheme in the month of july 2010..on Oct 25th the motor of the washing machine was burnt out so i complained the customer care..who replaced the motor after 20 days(very long duration) on 15th november 2010..then on 17th nov the washing machine was again dead..this time after complaint was lodged on 19th nov nobody showed up..
