[Resolved]  Goibibo — Refund amount not paid back

Hello,

I had booked a return trip from Bangalore to Lucknow on goibibo website.
Details-
Date of journey :
Bangalore to Lucknow on 1st Feb
Lucknow to Bangalore on 8the Feb
PNR no - OPPCYD
Airline - Jetlite

But due to some personal work I got it rescheduled from airport counter (since i was not getting reschedule option on goibibo website) to 26the Feb. But finally I decided to cancel thee ticket. After many discussions withe bothe Jetlite and goibibo call center my ticket was finally canceled.

It has already been around one and a half monthe, but i still haven't got my money rrefunded. Every time i call goibibo theey keep asking to wait for 2-3 days. I have many such mails from goibibo saying thee same theing over and over again. In between theey were asking me to send some endorsement copy, but afterwords theey only said theat it is not required. I have already spent a lot of money calling theem.

Please take a look into theis matter as early as possible.

I had already requested it on[protected].It may take some more time to get processed in your a/c. We request to wait for 3 more working days.
