Mr. n l choudhary had boked 5 ticket from go indigo Mumbai to bankok boking date 5/01/13 my travling date is 12/2/13 due to some uncertlity one of my calluge could not travel with us to bankok so had can cansal the ticket . Ticket pnr no. WN8ZCQ,passanger name is girdharilal chawla,he had give us outhority letter & id froof to collect refund ticket .but when mr nL choudhary ,went to santacruz airport with following outhority letter & I'd proof,mr girdharilal chawla,the excutive st airport told that ,you are fraud person,&you robbed this letter & came to collect refund this tipe of reply was given to me by the excutive on 13/7/14 time aprox 6:30 to 8:00 pm. excutive name was mr messun. Please loddge my complain do needful help for my refund as soon as possible waiting for your reply my contact no [protected] nl choudhary.
