My father Mr.Sohan Singh Tatwalia had invested Rs 5000.00, for a period of 10 years under Golden Projects Limited ( A public Limited company), Head Quaters: Chandigarh, EXT - NH -22, Chandigarh- Delhi highway, near Ambala, Teh.Rjupura, Distt. Patiala ( Panjab), Regd Office: SCO 835, Golden complex, Manimajra Chandigarh. Accordingly the Co. had issued receipt cum allotment letter. The details are as under
1. Receipt cum allotment letter No. 96/3043 dt. 04/12/1996, St. no. DC96-79/999974 dt. 04/12/1996 its maturity date was 04/11/2006. Now we are not getting the amount as because there is no trace of that Company.

2.We do have photocopy of The Post dated Chq. Of Vijaya Bank vide Chq. No.2593558 Dt.04/11/2006.

Please show us the way to get back the amount.

I am Smt. Pradnya Deo w/o Shri N.S. Deo, Mumbai. I, one of the land unit holder under enrollment No. 379677 for duration of five year and had paid 47 installments each of Rs. 500/- commenced from 29.09.1996( Total Rs.23500/-) vide last installment receipt No. 26886 dtd. 14.10.2000. Date of Maturity - 29.08.2001. Please help me in this matter to get back my full amount.

My father Mr.Ramchandra Gupta, Vill-Manikpur, Post-Nainijor (Raunapar), District Azamgarh (U.P.) invested Rs.15000/- for period of 4 year for Rs.38000/- in Year 2000 but after 10 Year I have no information regarding this investment.

Patiala ( Panjab), Regd Office: SCO 835, Golden complex, Manimara Chandigarh. Accordingly the Co. had issued receipt cum allotment letter but no post dated Cheque from our agent. The details are as under
1. Receipt cum allotment letter No. 96/543 dt. 18/05/1996, St. no. MY96-164/999981 dt.[protected].

As we all know that the company had turned up insolvent till the maturity period i.e[protected], we were in contact will our agent, any every time he showed us some dreams of getting atleast the principle amount, but till now we have not yet recd any penny from him or the company.
These were our hard earned money, kindly suggest how to go about it and get the money back.
