[Resolved]  Golden Forests India Ltd — return of investment made

i have also invested my hard money in golden forest i want to know from the commetee that what the commetee is doing in this matter and how we can get our money with maturity.where i should diposit my documents.

Sir, i have invested Rs. 10000/- way back in 1998 and since than 13 years have passed we have not recd our money back . Through our agents we came to know that Company is fighting a litigation case in court resulting all the refunds have been stopped. Now from the order of Apex court that committee is to be formed and all the investors money be refunded back, but don't know the latest position on that. Can anyone suggest / advise how and when will our payments be returned back. We have already returned back the ORIGINAL DEPOSIT CERTIFICATE back to the Scrutiny committee of Company during the time of maturity.

Sir, have invested in Golden Forest Rs 10000/- way back in 1998 and till date have not received the promised amount from the company. We have submitted the ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE to the Scrutiny committee of the company for refund but till date have not received the money. Supreme Court has ordered that committee be formed to dispense with refund, but till date nothing has happened.

Sir, can you please assist in ensuring that committee take up the issue seriously and justice is done.

I had invested Rs 20, 000/- in "Golden Forests (India) Limited" on 01/10/1999 and the muturity completed in 01/04/2003 by the receipt No 99/111215 dated 11/10/1999. I had recd a Guarantee-Cum-performance deep at the time of deposit. The muturity date has been lapsed 8 years back, but the matured value is still kept pending. I am aware of the information that hon Chief Justice (Ret), supreme court of India, Shri R.N. Aggarwal is the Chairman of the committee with a member each from SEBI and RBI are making arrangements for the benefit of the investors.
It is my humble request that if my hard earned money is refunded please.

Design SE 1119490 DD No. 013324 UBI navy Nagar Rs. 25, 000/-, for 03 & 1/2 Years and Maturity value Rs. 50, 000/-, also
another Rs. 25, 000/- invested for monthly return and on every 5 yearly Rs.25000/- on same date, but I have not received any return from the
co.however after visiting Golden Complex Manimajra Chandigarh head office, Myself personally met with committee members appointed by The Ho'able
Supreme Court Of India, Mr. Sharma advocate, who advised me to submit my all original documents/receipts to the committee via Post Register
mail, which I have sent all relevant dox to the said authority via Post office and the receipt of acknowledgement is held with me along with xerox copy of
sent documents, however after sending my documents in original I have not received any mail or feedback on the said matter, even after visiting many time in the office I could not find any member there.
So I Request the honorable Chief Justice (Retired), Supreme Court of India, Shri R.N. Aggarwal the Chairman of the committee and member each from SEBI and RBI who are making arrangements for the benefit of the investors kindly intimate via mail will I get my money back. and but is the progress in the regards. hope will do the needful.

I Sri Bholanath Sahoo was an invester of GFIL
family. I had invested 10, 000 money
on[protected].My due date was[protected].But as the company
liquidited so I didn't get back my money.There was a letter I'd got
regarding submitting of original documents.As per the letter I had
submitted the documents & a response letter i received on
[protected].After this date there is no reponse letter or refund amount
received by me.

My wife and myself enrolled ourselves as Sales Executive inGIFL alongwith our team members had collected and deposited more than 5 lac rupees from the investors. Due to litigation and closure of GFIL has put us in a great trouble. The investors were pressing hard for a long time to get back their invested amount with GFIL particularly in the present scenerio in West Bengal after outburst of Sarada scam.Through website we came to learn that Mr Nikhil Sayal, son of Late R.K.Sayal has taken over the charge of GFIL and he is trying hard to refund the money to its investors. We have lot of confidence on him and hope he will definitely come out successfully of this long battle. His sincere endeavour has already earned the hope of many investors all over India. We have also moral support with Mr Nikhil Sayal and he will take all necessary steps in this context. Our suggestion is to keep the investors about the present status be informed through press release (in daily News Papers) in regional languages like Bengali in West Bengal so that investors may come to know about the fate of their money and also help us out of pressures.

I made two investments with GFLtd. along with my wife, Pratibha Nath vide FDR nos.LS/96/155340 ST. No. NVB96-2211/999979 dated 17.10.1996 for Rs.15, 000/= and LB/97/90723 ST. No. JEB97-466/999979 dated 11/04/1997 for Rs.12, 000/=. Both these remain unsetteld till this day. I was asked to approach the Committee set up by the Supreme Court Bench vide Transfer Petition no 696/2002, with Transfer Petition no.68/ 2002.
we approach your Hon'ble Court, Sir, most humbly to settle our dues with full interest. It may assist to settle our case as we are now 82 and 77 years old senior citizens living the last phase of our lives!!
