I am also in the same boat. I also invested Rs. 2000/ in Golden Forest in 1995 for long term 15 years, in term I am having a cheque of Rs 200000 which is due in 2015 on the name of my son. But I am listing that Golden Forest has been declared bankkurpt.Where from I will get my money back, if any body can guide me I will be thankful.

I had invested Rs.1000 in1995 in golden forest india limited and got post dated cheque of Rs 34.000/ which is matured in jan2010.Though I deposted in bank, I have been advised that this will bounce because this organisation is no more existed. I have the deed paper and photo copy of cheque. What should I do now?

TODAY I GOT A SILVER LIGHT AFTER I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM A UNKNOWN INVESTOR FROM HYDERABAD MOB NO [protected], SINCE NOW THERE ARE MANY INVESTORS OF GOLDEN FOREST WHO ARE CHEATED BY GOLDEN FOREST, WE ALL SHOULD COME TOGETHER AND DO SOMETHING, WE ALL NOT HAVE RECEIVED ANY OFFICIAL LETTER THAT GOLDEN FOREST IS NO LONGER EXIST, OUR MATURITY IS COMING NEAR IN YEAR 2014 OR 2015. AT LEAST WE SHOULD GET OUR MAIN PRINCIPLE+ SIMPLE INTEREST, WE ALL TOGETHER SHOULD FILE A CASE ? I KNOW SOME PERSONS WHO HAD ALREADY RECEIVED THEIR PRINCIPLE. SO BE POSITIVE & BE HAPPY.
