RESPECTED SIR,
I Am Pleased To Say You That My Father Invested Rs 1000.00 On 01/11/1994 In Golden Forest India Limited, In Company’s Plan 22/15 For 15 Years .The company Gave Me A Post Dated Cheque Of Rs 34000.00 While I Was Investing In The Compnay.After Maturity -Period Of 15 Years I Have Deposited The Cheque On 01/11/2009 & Cheque Was -Bounced Back. The Oriental Bank Of Commerce Give Me The Reason For This Bounce Cheque Was The Above Company (G.F.I.L) Is Closed.
So For That I Have Already Written The Application To The Company (G.F.I.L) That To Issue Me New Cheque Of Rs.34000.00 Instead Of Bounced Cheque. Though I Have Written Application To The Company (G.I.F.L) They Don’t Reply Me In This Matter Till Date.
So My Urge to You That Pleased Help Me in This Matter .Herewith I Have Enclosed The Copy Of Important Documents That Needed To Solved This Matter.

I want to say that I had invested 2,00,000.00 Rs. in GFIL(GOLDEN FOREST INDIA LIMITED) in 2000 year.So,According to rule I had gotten some Paper regarding containing Record as wel as proof also
.In these paper retaining by me , it is written that you will get return your money two times of invested money . But till date, I am unable to know about the current status of GFIL company. I, therefore, request to you to inform me the DATE upto which WE can get our BACK Money FROM GFIL & about status also.

I INVESTED RS 30000.00 IN GOLDEN FOREST (INDIA) LTD IN 1995 & COMPANY ISSUED POSTED DATED CHEQUES WORTH RS 290000.00 (AFTER 5 to 20 YEARS). ON THE DUE DATE OF CHEQUE WHEN I PRESENT A CHEQUE TO THE BANK THAN BANK RETURN THE CHEQUE DUE TO NOT AVAILBILTY OF FUND BECAUSE GOVT AQUIRE ALL THE PROPERTY & BANK ACCOUNT OF GOLDEN FOREST.

A GOVT APPOINT A COMMITTEE UNDER THE CUSTODEY OF MR RN AGGARWAL ( RT CHIEF JUSTICE) IN 19TH AUGUST 2004 TO TAKE ALL THE ASSET OF THE GOLDEN FOREST INDIA LTD INTO THEIR CUSTODY REALIZE THE ASSETS CALL FOR CLIAM OF CREDITOR SCRUTINIZE THEN & SUBMIT A REPORT TO THE COURT WITH IN 6 MONTHS. ACCORINGLY AS PER ORDER OF SUPREME COURT OF INDIA , CLAIM ARE INVITED FROM THE CREDITOR & DEPOSITOR OF GOLDEN FOREST INDIA LTD.
I SUBMITTED ALL PHOTOCOPIES OF CHEQUE & DOCUMENTS TO THE COMMITTEE BUT TILL TIME

I am srinivas from Andhra Pradesh. i have deposited Rs 6000 to Golden forest India limited in the year of 1999. As per the Policy , After 15 year i will get maturity amount of 2 lakhs from golden forest limited.and i have all contemporary document regarding this matter, and i have post dated cheque from central bank of India issued by Golden forest limited. now what is the solution for this matter, can you please find and forward the details.

My father have invested Rs 5000.00 in the name of my mother Mrs M S Laxmi, for a period of 5 years under Golden Projects Limited ( A public Limited company), Head Quaters: Chandigarh, EXT - NH -22, Chandigarh- Delhi highway, near Ambala, Teh.Rjupura, Distt. Patiala ( Panjab), Regd Office: SCO 835, Golden complex, Manimara Chandigarh. Accordingly the Co. had issued receipt cum allotment letter but no post dated Cheque from our agent. The details are as under
1. Receipt cum allotment letter No. 00/136359 dt. 10/02/2000, St. no. JN00-1536/777791 dt.[protected].

As we all know that the company had turned up insolvent till the maturity period i.e[protected], we were in contact will our agent, any every time he showed us some dreams of getting atleast the principle amount, but till now we have not yet recd any penny from him or the company.
These were our hard earned money, kindly suggest how to go about it and get the money back.

I have invested Rs. 34000/- on 25.12.1997 vide A/c No. 01/9/LSB550132, for 3 1/2 years and Rs.2000/- on 10.08.1993 vide A/c No. 01/9/CHD10221 for 25 years and Rs.1000/- in the name of my wife on 29.10.97 for 12 years. Zerox copies of all the documents deposited at Manimanra office in Feb 2002 under the order of Hon'ble Punjab and Hariyana High Court for evaluation of total assets and debt of the company. Finally the original documents have been deposited on 30 Mar 2004 at the Office of the Committee - GFIL appointed by Supreme Court of India.
Till date no news, and nothing has been received by me. It is my humble request to lodge a complain and intimate the latest position. Whether I will get back my hard earning?
