[Resolved] Golden Forests India Ltd — could not get invested money refund

I had invested amount Rs20,000 ingolden forest company pvt ltd. two cheques bounced respectively in years2002,2007,and awaiting now coming year 2012 could i get my invested amount refund? i had produced four times cheques in bank but each time cheques bounced and amount deducted from my acount.

golden forest (p) ltd. — did not get refund

I have invested about Rs. 40,000 in golden forest in different schemes.
But I did not get single paisa . Now almost 10 Years has passed still no news about this company. Can any one can help me to get my money back.

Hi,

I had invested Rs 2,00,000 in Golden Forest and there is still not a confirmed update by the authorities on this issue.

We hope somebody from the Govt. authorities takes the initiative to come forward and solve the griveances of the investors.
