[Resolved]  Golden Forests India Ltd — Returning of Maturity/Principle Amount Invested in GFIL by H'ble SC of India

I have invested Rs. 34000/- on 25.12.1997 vide A/c No. 01/9/LSB550132, for 3 1/2 years and Rs.2000/- on 10.08.1993 vide A/c No. 01/9/CHD10221 for 25 years and Rs.1000/- in the name of my wife on 29.10.97 for 12 years. Zerox copies of all the documents deposited at Manimanra office in Feb 2002 under the order of Hon'ble Punjab and Hariyana High Court for evaluation of total assets and debt of the company. Finally the original documents have been deposited on 30 Mar 2004 at the Office of the Committee - GFIL appointed by Supreme Court of India.
Till date no news, and nothing has been received by me. It is my humble request to lodge a complain and intimate the latest position. Whether I will get back my hard earning?
