Government employee — not recieved my pancard from 2003

sir my name is p.ramadevi iam working as an goverment employee, the main reason for composing the complaint is, i have applied the pan card in the year 14/10/2003.but my account number has been updated in the internet .but i have not recived my pan card till now(2008).so pls kindly veri fy the following details:

i have applied the pan card in the month of 26 march 2009, i have seen my pan card number( ALR PC 8463H) in the site and they stated that they have dispatched my pan card through post, but i have not received my pan card.
so pls enquiry the matter, and kindly sent my pan card...

Because i ask for post office EMS service in mumbai it is costly to compare to gujrat rates how come because all over india service charge will be same.
why the people are so selfish are they are taking extra charges

Government employee — faulty meter

Respected sir,

We are residing at C-8, Patel Chest Flats, Dhakka, Parmanad colony since 12 years, due to renewvation in our house for a month we have shifted again to the same flat on 28th of January, 2010. From that day onwards we don’t have Fans, Gyser, Fridge, only few CFL bulbs and no Air-Cooler or A/C. Even than we haved received a bill amount of Rs.5630/- from 29/01/10 to 22/03/10 which is merely two months, our monthly electricity consumption always ranged between 200- 350 units only whereas our current electricity consumption is 1353 units. So, I request you to kindly check our meter, bill and our previous records and make necessary corrections as soon as possible.
