[Resolved] Greater Noida Authority — BHS 09 SCHEME, Greater Noida Authority Complaints - Different circle rate in two schemes in the same Sector (XU II Greater Noida) | |
Respected Sir, I would like to inform you that 3 months before, I applied for BHS 09 Scheme. Lucky draw was announced by Greater Noida Authority on 29th May 2008. My name was in that list. I have paid my application and allotment money of Rs. 9 lacs. Now, I come to know from Greater Noida Authority's website (www.greaternoida.com) that there is a new scheme launched on 3rd July 2008 in the same sector XU III. Note: Plot areas for both the schemes are same, but the cost of House has large difference. The authority staff is not providing me the correct information and even they are not picking the phones. In BHS 09 scheme (which I have already applied), I will get a 120 Sq. Mtr. House (with ground floor construction) with the cost of 30 Lacs. But In the new scheme, you can get a 120 Sq. Mtr. Plot with the cost of 12.6 Lacs in the same Sector XU III. Note: The circle rate of that area is Rs. 10, 500 per Sq. Mtr. You know that the cost of constructing of a single story can not be more then 6 Lacs. If you compare both the schemes you will see that either they are charging 17.4 Lacs to construct a single story, or charging the double circle rate for the same area. This is really creating a problem for me. Its look like that my hard earned money is going to waste on this. So i need not want to join this scheme further. I am looking forward for your support I want to withdraw my name from the BHS 09 scheme and I want my entire registration and allotment money (Rs. 9 Lacs ). HI All,
I had also bought the 120 sq m plot on Sector XU-II under BHS 08. The cost was 26 Lacs. I dont understand how they are selling it at 12.6.

I fully agree with the viewpoint that cost of constructing of a single story can not be more then 6 Lacs.
It is really shocking to see that in the new scheme plots are alloted at the rate of Rs10500 per sqm.
I think Authority should be taken to court ..

Hey guys. We are really been cheated by gr, noida authority. I also got a allotted in BHS-09 Sector-3 120sq mtr build up house for which we have to pay 33 Lacs. After allotting theese houses, within 4 months theese people come out with more plots in same location at a price of 10, 500 pr. sq mts which come s to 12.6 lacs in total, I feel everyboby knows and believes, no way building just a ground floor will cost 21 Lacs extra for a govt authority. Now after 8 months of our allotments, they are coming up with more plots in Sector-2 at the same price. Lets make some seroius efforts against theese people. I am wth u guys. We stand cheated by the Greater Noida Authority, the agency created for teh welfare of the people is indulging in loot.We all have to fight till matter resolved.

i am also an allottee in this unfortunate scheme We have been cheated by the Authority which was supposed to provide us houses on affordable cost being a welfare oriented organisation under a popular government.We will surely get due relief from the beniovelent popular elected govt o[censored]P if we remain united & pursue our legitimate demand.

We are not here to fight amongst ourselves. Whichever Association it is whether bhs09 or bhs09gnida, if they are working towards a common cause, i.e. for the benefit of the 3000 allottees then nobody complains.
But the point is that we should use our energies and competencies and work together to get reliefs which GNIDA owes us. All efforts should be towards getting the reliefs from GNIDA, which is the sole motive. Why are we people fighting like kids when we are grown up mature people.
If any association is really doing something it will reflect in their work and not in words/blogs.
Lets see on Monday where eveybody stands.
