i visited green trends @south boag road chennai about 2months back. it was a worst experience . i got the waxene done... whichvwas totallly unsatisfied and the lady over there forced me to go for face cleansing and total time she devoted is only 2 minutes and when i asked her for what she has charged rs 500 and she said it is johnson product... worst experience and wrong way of making money.

The green trends salon near adyar depo, has one of the worst staff, I UNFORTUNATELY got my pedicure done by the same girl for two times in the last six months and felt it was totally worthless getting it done there.
She hardly used the foot file, used scrub before the cleaning gel and spoke as though she is the inventor of pedicure when asked her abt the quality of her services.
Because it was the second time that the same issue happenned i would dare not give them another chance
I guess i would rather try the BESANT NAGAR branch which offers better service as compared to the ADAYAR DEPO

Green Trends service in Trivandrum has been very poor. I am a sole victim of the facial allergy done there. And now they have clearly washed the hands off. I am now unable to face the world. I pity myself for believing the Brand : Green Trends!!! and becosming a member. They have given me no bills too.

I had a very worst experience at Velachery Green trends salon.. I got a voucher worth Rs 500, I needed their service for a Hair cut, a normal clean up and threading(eye brows only). I went on a Saturday evening, first clean up was done, service was not that great for the charges they put, even a small salon will do better.. Then threading also over, the female who was above to cut my hair says, this service will cost you 745 plus taxes.. But in the card, Hair cut (Layers) 540 only and for Hair make over it was 745.. Just because I am using a voucher, these people simply quoting the charges as and how they wish. This is really a shame to the franchise.. Holding such a reputation and still inside so much fraudulent happening. I wanted to be patient and more of professional, so after I paid the bill, in front of other customers I blasted all the staffs in a firm voice. Paying that 200 rs extra is not the matter but the trust and the loyalty for the brand what people have is matters.. I advice not to go to the Velachery branch..

I had been to green trends chokkikulam branch-Madurai.The stylists over there never get any customers. all they do is sit and style themselves. When a customer comes they show such a face as if their freedom is taken. I asked for dandruff treatment, front cut, threading and trimming. I went to the Green trends Ambattur branch on the 4th of May. This has got to be the most ridiculous parlour I have ever been to. My hair on my face has been bleached blonde when I clearly asked for a bleach that does not change the color i.e., oxy bleach. It seemed like the girl attending to me kept making up her own prices as we went along. She was trying to force another expensive facial on me even though I had clearly stated what i wanted. Her work was pathetic and the complexion near my ear and the rest of my face dont match. While she was doing my facial she asked me if I wanted bleach on my neck and said it would cost Rs. 125 extra. So i asked if that would include the back of the neck as well (common sense right?) she said no.. that would be another Rs. 150 extra for that plus taxes. I did not like the Green Trends experience.. One of the worst parlour experiences I have had. I would rate cleanliness a zero. Training of staff a zero. recommending this to others.. NO way in hell!!!
ok first of all im pissed as hell to even type ill straightly come to the point worst service seriously i was so angry like real angry.. i went there and did hair spa which includes oil massage also and gold facial and then i did basic normal pedicure and manicure and eyebrows threading ok so hear goes the regular saloon i visit is not this but i had to go for this saloon due to some circumstances and its my first time doing all this here and wen they were doing hair spa she massaged my hair with some oil and was cold -_- i mean seriously wth cold ? i pretty much know how a hair spa works because im doin it regularly first cold oil and a horrible massage the way she handled my hair worst so painful my hair is frizzy and curly note this point we all know how to handle with them care she was not giving a at all next she used steam i thought we put tat spa cream and then steam ok i thought may be its different in this one all that fine after that she washed my hair and then she put d cream massaged and washed and then ur supposed to dry my hair she told this line ''we are not supposed to dry fully we have to dry it half only'' my hair was wet and i could really catch a cold if she started off with one service she has to finish it but this one was half done but she was very satisfied and then facial she did something and yea it was lunch break i guess i dunno she left without saying anytin and im doin gold facial for years and i noe hw much time actual facial takes and she is commin causually after half an hour i mean seriously ? then manicure and pedicure i feel like breakin my laptop right now i mean damn! she didnt noe hw to cut nails horribly shaped she used equipments tat wer not sterilized dirty as like full dusty and she had only one brush one cream and used it for everytin i mean seriously cheatin like hell i mean i have done this before i have eyes i know how they do it i mean seriously hw many customers have they cheated and are planning to cheat ? threadin sucks she didnt even tell me she was goin to do it ..i was lyin down and she removed and cleaned my face and then she jus started doin like tat i mean seriously ? man those ads that was runnin in their store green trends jus stop this close it seriously worthless so worthless and my hair was so horrible was still wet i asked her to dry it up she did after goin home my mom was like y is ur face dark and my hair dry and rough seriously spa was supposed to make ur hair soft and it always did for me but here seriously man it SUCKS TO THE CORE IM PISSED TO THE CORE ! Green Trends Annanagar, Y-block, I would suggest to this chain of parlours to better improve the quality of their staff, and services before opening other parlours one after another giving sub standard service not bothered about customer satisfaction.
Another suggestion is that they should put a board outside that only Tamil speaking people should enter, as no girl understands
English or Hindi there, so how do I explain to them as to what I require.
As the was not understanding what I said she left half way what she doing and making faces on top of it. Other 3 girls with her
also of the same behaviour.

later on he refunded after argument.aslo such thing happened which i cannot mention here.

I had a very bad experience at green trends racecourse Coimbatore. For Bridal they are sending the worker who does nt know to do any hairstyle properly. During trail they are doing the style with experienced person and During the big event they are sending the person who does nt know to do the hairstyle properly. The Hairstyle totally different from the trail and also very clumsy and ackward. They had totally spoiled my wedding reception.
I went for getting my hair cut and it was a nightmare come true what I saw after a few minutes. The lady had cut my side burns and now I look like a guy. despite that they were just trying to explain what she was trying to do cmmo'n. We undertook the bridal package and its was the worst make up ever even a normal lady would draw a eyeliner well. Omg. They are very keen to charge more. Good job green trends.

I had a VERY BAD experience today with GREEN TRENDS ASHOK NAGAR FRANCHISEE BRANCH.
I wanted to take the services of shampoo and conditioning, waxing, eyebrows and cleanup facial. I checked the rate card for the service I wanted. I informed the services i wanted to take and the person assigned was telling a high price when compared to the rate card for the 'Hair Wash and Shampooing' service. In the rate card it was clearly mentioned as 305 for Shampoo&Conditioning for long hair. But she was telling the rate as Rs.475.
She went to check with the manager of the store for the price and returned back telling it is 475 and she will check once again after other services if shampoo and conditioning can be done for 305. I was not asking for any discount but I was asking to provide the service for the rate mentioned in the rate card.
I decided not to take shampoo and conditioning service. I informed the same and continued with other services. When billing I was asking discussing with the manager about this. She was very rude in answering ans she said she cant provide discounts and it is against their norms. I pointed out their rate card and said 305 is the rate showing in your rate card and never asked for any discount. I also mentioned the service was very poor. The manager didnt respond to me and later after telling her multiple times, she said the store has n number of customers and she doesnt bother about my experience in the store.
Even during my previous visits i was charged for long hair - hair spa (1175). I have only shoulder length hair. When asked they gave definition that below neck the length is considered as long hair.
I had been a regular customer of Green Trends for over 7 years and recent bad experiences mad me decide not to visit Green Trends again. You take one service and they charge for a higher rate compared to the rate card. They keep cheating many customers like this.
The employees there are not trained properly. Each one do the service in their own way and when asked give some explanations.

I went green trends for hair [protected]@shaving to uthandi branch at east coast road Chennai this is newly open .receiving is good but services is not that much as showing in adds.even they don"t know hair cut styles which hair cut is suitable i asked him executive hair cut but finally .they done umbrella cut, horrible shaving with wilkinson blade the same using road side saloons.service is not good .

I went to Greentrends in R A puram chennai, and this was the worst experience ever. They cost me so much just got a layer cut and for threading she didn't remove it completely and now it's completely bleeding on my chin and upper lip. This was the worst experience I ever had with them.. They have the most untrained and impatient employees.

Now I'm waiting in Kovaipudur branch Coimbatore. Still 1 hour waiting here but some bodies goto haircut directly ill compliant to in charge person she told me already that get t appointment. She already told me I'm Leave t place. but I'm waiting more than 45 min after she tel me waste our time green trends. I'm so disappointed
