It does not deserve for single star also very very bad experience...sep 29 I wen to green trends at kengeri Bangalore..I sad them to do herble facial but they forced me to do fair bloom facial which cost 1500..before facial only my face was ok..but after facial my face looks very oily and dull..they use local products.really o never visit again Realy...I lost my money also

The worst Salon I have ever gone is Green Trends - Tumkur
It has very poor service, They don't even care to respond to you. Service providers there, give services only to their clients they don't care about others who are coming new. Just went to check the proffesionality of worker and did hair cut and Beard trim on 21/12/16, After waiting for so long time I came out with doing nothing. So please don't your time going there especially to Tumkur

It has very poor service, They don't even care to respond to you. Service providers there, give services only to their clients they don't care about others who are coming new. I and my friend visited the salon past Sunday during evening hours and we both had terrible experience. First staff were not knowing how to interpreted their own discount coupons. second they were not knowing how to treat customer. I had a nightmarish experience with pedicure where i left with injured finger nail. All the service whatever we asked for were given in half way. then they miscalculated our bills and made two bills with different service taken by me with service tax added again and again. And when we asked for explanation she dint talk properly and asked us not to create a scene. They run a salon with staff having no ethics, manners and no training on how to treat their customers. A big no to green trends.

I am take up service at green trends for 3 years... I feel the service is going worse..
I took up a layer cut three days back they charged 750 but its not at all worth of it and I was not at all satisfied... and i regularly go for waxing but the way they handle its like they do it for free and we pay them nothing...the problem over the stylist in periyar nagar branch is.. the stylist is not concentrating on one client at a time... one stylist cut my hair and other did the blow dry... and so if I say I need this way they says no no.. We won't do that way it 'll not be nice.. the same type of service I have taken 6 months back and that time the stylist helped me in New way of hair style but now another stylist says it's not possible and 'll not be nice.. so the friendliness over the client is gone.. they just wanna finish up the work and send the client and wanna chit chat and comment on the other clients... they re not energetic to do the service... there is no professionalism, no paitence to do the required or expected service for the client.. they keep commenting on the other client in front of me.. since that client ask them to do the service as she wished.. these ppl wanna brainwash the client to take up higher price service but they 're not even able to do efficiently the smaller service how do I trust for the higher price services.. ultimately they charge more but the service is not up to the money value..
We chose branded parlour expectations that they do wonderful work.. but nothing as such only money they take up and not ready to produce the service for that money.. I feel normal parlour are much better of giving respect, being professional and passionate and they show interest to each clients as what best the client can receive...

This is in regards to Green trends Kavuri Hills (10 OCt-2018). I am a regular customer at Green Trends Kavuri HIlls branch (Hyderabad). Though i have no complaints against the Stylists its the front desk personnel that is a big turn off. Earlier they never had anyone, but they recently hired a lady and she is extremely rude, you can sense her rudeness even over the phone. She very rudely asks what you need and hangs the phone up. No good morning or no greeting. Even when you do go for your scheduled appointment she does not greet and is busy with her phone till you go and talk to her. Its a great salon but your reception girl is ruining it for us.
