[Resolved]  GSRTC Online Booking Problem — Improper Gender

I, Jayesh Kothari, want to inform you about my unsuccessful transaction regarding
e-ticket booking due to left of time i.e. 15 minutes as mentioned in note.We were not aware about that particular note. Our transaction time exceeds 15 minutes and our blocked seat became unblocked and Rs.1471.00 was deducted from our Dena Bank Account.I request you to help me to get my refund as soon as possible.I am giving the particulars regarding my transaction below

Dear sir,

My Name Paresh J Patel and i have booked online ticket from surat to mesana on 14/03/2012 but due to some technical reasons my amount for rs 262/- was debited from my account and no seats were reserved. The amount debited is not been credited to me till now. I have complain this to ur customer care several time but this amount is not been refunded to me still yet.

My Transaction ID for the said transaction was VIN/GUJARAT/STA/[protected]/0

Please take early action for the refund for the needful.

I have booked 2 ticket from Bilimora to ambaji for DTD:6.10.29 & also for return on DTD:8.10.19 vide pnr no.G30119978&79, I have entered 2 names N.G.Patel and S.N.Patel for seat no.5&6 but in ticket shows only one name S.N.Patel for 2 seats, Is there any problem in travelling
