Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked a Bus ticket on 09.11.2011 from AHMEDABAD to MORBI,
As per time of bus 06:30 hrs on 10.11.2011, i reached bus stand on time 06:00 Hrs.
I went to the enquiry office regarding bus enquiry & They told me, Bus was not came to station from last night (09.11.2011).
Then i asked for refund. They told me, it is not in there hand.
I checked the refund procedure on such cases on site "http://www.gsrtc.in/GSRTCOnline/validateUser.do11", but nowhere found.

Request you to help in this case for getting refund of my money.

    Matter Title : www.gsrtc.in booked my ticket for a bus which was already Cancelled

    I had Used ONLINE TICKET BOOKING fro www.gsrtc.in on Saturday for Booking my return Trip from
    Ahmedabad to Savarkundla as Onward Trip - on 01/10/11
    and
    Savarkundla to Ahemedabad As return trip - on 02/10/11
    in Krishnanagar - Diu via savarkundla.
    I had Registeredmy ticket from Nadiad from my Internet and my Boarding Point was Nehrunagar,
    So at that time I did not know why bus did not come, and when I inquire at ST DEPO GITAMANDIR by phone they informed me that bus had already GONE,
    But actual thing is That ROOT was cancelled from 01/10/11, that I came to know from Savarkundla- Depo when I was returning to Ahemedabad.

    Sir I am residing in Nadiad and it may be much inconvenient for me to come there Personally.

    So please tell me what would be the Refund Procedure.

    My complaint is that I booked an E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of journey was[protected]. Starting Point:Zadeshwar x to Ambaji. I reserved my ticket for the sleeper bus which comes from Surat to Ambaji at 23-30 Hrs.My PNR No is:G9059046. I reached the Starting Point:Zadeshwar x at 21-30 Hrs. I could not get bus and waited till 02-30 Hrs[protected] but the bus didn't come.
    If bus cancelled, nobody has phone/message to me on my mobile.
    So in my case I would like to get the refund into this case in my bank account at the earliest and the strict actions against the bus staff who where careless on the duty.

      Authorized person in GSRTC bloke seat for their relative before open online booking
      I hold monthly pass for local bus. And bus fare up to 30 kms is same for express & local bus as advertised by GSRTC. Today i.e. on[protected] when I tried to travel in express bus no. GJ-18 Y 2773 (conductor badge no. 191 & bus of Mandvi depot) at approximately 20-00 hours from Bardoli Linear depot to Bardoli Station depot, (distance approximately 2 kms), conductor did not allow me & forced me to get down from bus. When I complained to controller at Bardoli Linear bus depot, he was also in favor of conductor as a staff member (as he told). They are trying to fail ST's scheme of getting more passenger by allowing same fare for express & local bus up to 30 kms. Kindly look into the matter & inform me of action you wish to take.

        Improper Gender

        I booked Online Ticket.

        I gave name, gender and PAN Number.
        defined Name as Male.

        but when i see booking history it shows "Gender-Female". I am surprised.

        I had tickmarked Send ticket mail, hence System sent me ticket as mail.
        And in that ticket again "gender-male" is written.

        Now which ticket is correct? Why both shows different?

        Hi My self Mohsin Shaikh From Rajpipla In Narmada District. Sir My complaint against ATS officers Miss behaviour relted.& Bus not on sedueled time. I have serivce pass & i do job in Vadodara i daily updown in local bus. that bus time is 6.15pm but bus not oprated on the time and bus every day late and up time is 7.15pm ....Sir we are so late and we came every day on the bus time.6.00pm ...but bus not on time ...Sir I m suffering Rajpipla to Vadodara its 70km destaince. sir do saome action for that and officers of Rajpipla depot in Bharuce department In Narmada district ....

          To the General Manager,GSRTC,Gujrat, sir my son was boarding at Surat in the GSRTC bus No.GJ 18-Y-903 at 1914Hrs.He show his student pass to the conductor and the conductor was scolded on him,with insulting manner he say that ,"the pass was not allow in this bus ."while sir this bus was on regular trip and no any extra ordinary conditions was there.and the conductor stopped the bus and kick him(my son) out of bus .My son was again return back for one and half KM. towards the Surat ST Dept. so Sir you are requested to kindly see this matter seriously so that the students will not be suffer in feature due to such nonsense.......             E-ticket reservation system

            Booking e-ticket online reservation is good service provide by GSRTC but some mistack in this online service.
            one of that seat no not match saw in online reservation seat layout in website and actual bus seat no. so please correct seat no online lay out ya actual in bus. Both are not match some reservation buses. sometime face problem many passenger when reservation couple seat ya sleeper.

            Second is please always update...

            Dear sir,My complaint is that I booked an E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of journey was[protected]. Pick up Point:Gandhidham and End Point: Ahmedabad. I reserved my ticket for the sleeper bus which comes from Mandvi to Baroda and Gandhidham comes at 23-00pm and then moves to Baroda. My PNR No is:G1736832. This bus conductor allready given my reservation seat other without reservation pasanger and he siad me seat at Driver backside. Your seat given my relative so you can seat driver back site ya last seat. your ticket is e-ticket so i can not take your 17 no seat. and miss behavior to me and said this is not my fault you arrange yourself. i seated last seat and i trouble during this journey.
            (1)The serious point is that there was illiterate conductor and he was not about what is meaning of reservation, and his behavior not good.
            (2) Second point bus conductor have not reservation chart. When i told him please saw your chart and saw my seat no.he told me i have not chart and you can complain about him.

            So in my case I would like to get take action to conductor into this case and in my bank account and the strict actions against the bus conductor who where careless on the duty.

            i am agree with this passenger complain because i had face also same trouble in reservation system and then conductor attitude. conductor give my seat another passenger without reservation and told me seat at driver backside. so please action your staff and please them learn what is reservation.
            I agree with Mr... because sometime conductor not saw chart and take passenger previous stand against reservation seat. this is no meaning for reservation why we do reserve ticket. please correct action against some GSRTC conductor who is unknown about reservation and reservation system.
            Meanwhile you should investigate as to how this happened and ensure that doe; not recur in future. This would be in your own service interest, so that clients like Miten do not, suffer inconvenience on account of lapses at your end.

            Irregular bus.drivers are doinng what ever he want to do. . not a perfect time for bis. And not put village bord . .in front side. So please sir tack any action.

              I was @ surat bus station on the night of 24th august ., and wanna go to kim chokdi which is stated 30 kilometer far from surat...
              i asked thrice to driver and conductor both like: i wanna go kim chokdi they said ok we will drop you there....i said ok ...and i started travelling...in the between of period travelling i founded that .the bus was going vapi-valsad

              when conductor came to me for ticket i said wanna go kim chokdi he said ok...and took 15 rupees from me and didn't gave me ticket.....

              in the middle of night he stopped a bus @ very dangerous place where is nobody ...and said you will get auto from here.....and he denied that he said we will drop you kim chokdi....

              And i faced a lot trouble that night to get auto ...to get bus and another vehicle from that place... so want proper revert of this complaint.....

                daily Problem is some passengers had to catch the bus for Naroda from INFOCITY GANDHINAGER ch-0 road.so many bus was going but no one stop over here one of them (Rabaricolony,Bapunager,Krishnanager). but the bus came at between 7PM -8 PM and driver didn't stopped bus for a second at the INFOCITY GANDHINAGER ch-0 road.bus stop.so i request you to take strict action against the bus driver and conductor for not stopping the bus at the bus stop.
                PLEASE STOP THE BUS AT THE INFOCITY GANDHINAGER CH-0 ROAD.................

                  REGULAR DRIVER OF BUS NO GJ18- 8318 COMING IN THE MORNING AT 09.15.

                  I M A REGULAR BUS TRAVELLER SINCE LAST 19 YEARS. FIRST OF ALL THIS BUS RUNS FROM GANDHINAGAR TO AHMEDABAD 24 SECTOR TO AHMEDABAD ST VIA 12-13, CH2 GH2. THE BUS DRIVER DOES NOT STOPS AT TIMES OF INDIA STOP. HE SAYS TO GET DOWN AT THE TIMES OF INDIA SIGNAL WHEN THE BUS STOPS. MY OFFICE IS AT MITHAKALI BEHIND CITY GOLD. OM HOLIDAYS, A1 SARITA DARSHAN APPT, ASHRAM ROAD, AHMEDABAD. MY NEAREST BUS STOP IS TIME OF INDIA. BUT THIS DRIVER SAYS TO GET DOWN AT SIGNAL. HE GETS ANGRY TO STOP AT TIMES OF INDIA.

                  SECONDLY, SINCE LAST 5 DAYS THIS BUS WAS NOT COMING. TODAY WHEN HE CAME, I WAS JUST 2 MINUTES LATE. THERE WAS NOT EVEN A SINGLE PASSENGER IN THE BUS. WHEN I RAISED MY HAND TO STOP THE BUS HE IS SHOWING ME HIS WATCH. WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR SLOGAN ON THE BUSES " HAATH UNCHO KARINE BUS THOBO " THAN WHAT DOES THAT MEAN.                       Mere pas ST Bus ka 6 month pass he Upleta to Bhutvad ka. Or lots of ST bus BHUTVAD SE gujrti he ,But Bus rukti nahi he. Hum log advance me 6 month ka ticket lete he fir bhi ST bus mostly rukti nahi he. Hamara GUJARAT ladies ko padhane k lia bahot sare kam krti he but esa hoga to kaha se ladkiya padhegi.Or ye sb evening k time hota he.

                        my self Dr. Hetal Patel.
                        I am goverment employ at CSC Bariya.
                        Last night[protected] I want to go at Rajkot. It's my counselling for PG[protected].but Santarampur- Reliance bus no- GJ 18 JY- 3276, Driver & Conductor came at 12 A.M At Lunawada. Actual time to arrive that bus is 9:45 PM.
                        when I request them to arrange seat for only one passenger. that they could'n do that. so I request to you that inquire for that bus, Conductor , Driver, & Control Point Santrampur...
                        If they can not give particular service, the why they responsible for that...???
                        I hope you inquire about this & help goverment employee..

                          Dear Sir

                          It is regarding taking your kind attention into an issue regarding GSRTC bus which is travelling from dungarpur(rajasthan) to vadodara (gujarat) everyday @ 0530 hrs .
                          I use to travel by this bus every week there is a fix time for departure it is 0530 hrs but that bus is not following this time .This bus is following its driver's timetable .
                          I have suffered many times due to this irregularity that is why now i want to inform you regarding this.
                          This bus is never departing from dungarpur at scheduled time it is either departing before 0530 hrs or after this.
                          I have faced many times that i reached to bus station @ 0515 hrs and i missed the bus and sometimes it is not departing till 0600 hrs due to that passengers are facing trouble.
                          And also about the drivers behaviour he is behaving rudely with passengers if they argue with him on timings he is telling like "this is GSRTC here things will be like this only either you like it or not.If you want to travel then board otherwise take another one."

                          So sir as i have faced this problem many times. Last time when i was travelling with this bus on 30th may 2011 and i reached bus station @ 0520 hrs bus the bus had left station and i have to catch it by following it for about almost 5 KMs .The bus number was GJ-18-Y-4412.

                          So dear sir please take appropriate action for this irregularity because most of the passengers are having issues with this bus .

                          Your response will be very important to me and all other passengers.

                            Dear Sir,

                            allow me to draw your kind attention to the fact that on 19.03.2011 i was travelling from rajula to bhavnagar of bus number GJ18Y4533 which is from diu to bhavnagar the time was 12-3pm. the ticket charges is rupees 76 for rajula to bhavnagar but the conductor taken the amount of rupees 80 and didnt return me 4 ruppes even i have asked him to give me back the change 2-3 times in way.finally i bhavnagr came and as i was in hurry and i have to forget the amount.Amount is not concern but the attitude and integrity is seen like worst. Kindly take proper action against the unfaithful procedures by GSRTC conductors.

                                Respted Sir,

                                I am waiting for the bus at ADALAJ-X stand.The Bus with No. GJ-18 8348 is arrived at the stand.When the Conductor asked for the pay for ticket,after paying fare he didn't give the extra remaining rupees saying that he don't have change right now.After reaching the last stand of route(also my stop) i again enquired about the change so he behaved in very rude manner and saying some dirty words about the college boy.and i don't gate the change in the end.

                                I had given the 50 RS and the fare is 14,

                                  Respected sir,
                                  on 7 march 2011,i and some passengers had to catch the bus for gandhinagar from palavasna chowkdi,mehsana,the bus was local bus mehsana-gandhinagar-mehsana.GJ18Y2089. but the bus came at 8.25 am and driver didn't stopped bus for a second at the palavasna chowkdi bus stop.so i request you to take strict action against the bus driver and conductor for not stopping the bus at the bus stop.
                                  PLEASE STOP THE BUS AT THE PALAVASNA CHOWKDI,MEHSANA.

                                  Today i have suffer from balasinor to bharuch, my bus have suffer from accident near savalia, then we reach upto baroda we next bus with the help of conductor and our request with report copy but
                                  After the baroda when we have planned for bharuch to take our set with existing tickit in bus
                                  No:GJ-1-18-Y, 2562 "From vishnagar to surat" then, the conductor is not ready to considor this tickit due to this bus is "gujar nagar express not a simple express, so againt i paid 130Rs for baroda to baruch
                                  sir may i known that is that any rule, if yes, then why they have not considor this tickit when any abnormality will happen with customer
                                  sencond the bus is stop on hotel "Ranuja dham Ramdev" near nabipur
                                  Sir may i known that is that any is rule or authories, if no then why they have stop and enjoj their lunch with the customer money indirectly

I got passed from GSRTS Bus Service and daily bus time is 6.15pm to up but there no kind of service ...Bus comes late & Late every day there are correct time 6.15pm but bus not on sedueled time and bus go on up time is 7.00pm or 7.30pm i m complaint for that but no responcible officer are here about it and get the action for that ...The Officer Name is MR.Takhat Sinh (ATS Officer) And Mr. Mahendra ( Not get full name) So please get action for this Responcible Officer or next time i m not traveling with your bus service and i m going to consumer department...

                                  i mr hasmukh gajjar daily coming from kadi to abd but i am facing problem of pick up bus from kadi pajarapol stand.

                                  due to not stop bus at pajarapol kadi stand. sir we are toomuch facing problem daily our attending timing job issue.
                                  last two times we have discussed with depo manager but not properly reply received from him.

                                  sir kindly take lead and info to Depo manger for pick up /standing regularly bus in daily moring (5.30 to 7.30) and evening also so that everbody can use properly your service .
                                  sir this is corporation service and a am also class one officer so that kindly do needful as urgent basis.
                                  if relationship driver easily stooped it and pick up from same pajarapol stand.( he also giving reply that it is roitine pick up stand not new)

                                  we rquested to you give us ur feed back and regularise monitor same stand
                                  ie. today morning kadi-- dahod, kadi -abd (2143) bus no both are not stopped their withine 1o minute period over their.
                                  then we have loosing our job today.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am a GSRTC Passenger Pass holder since 2006 from Rajkot to Shapar. Every day I am climbing down at Sarvodaya before Shapar because of my office is near to Sarvodaya and Shapar is far from my office and I can't reach in time in our office before 10' O clock . My pass is Express even though I am Journeying in local bus RAJKOT GONDAL which has the stop in Sarvodaya.

                                  Sir, some conductors are creating problem to stop Sarvodaya. If one conductor is continuing the same bus same time, he is creating the problem to stop Sarvodaya. So, you are kindly requested to look in to the matter and advise them to stop the proper place and not to create problems.

                                  i heartly requested to you plz collect some missed coin and give to the conductor.
                                  bus no. 7755, the conductor have not missed coin and i said to him that i have 10 rs. note .plz giving me my appropriate money .he said me that i have no missed coin plz collect this missed coin from depo.
                                  plz say to him that behave like good person ...i am passenger...i have not missed coin.

                                  i wanted to book my ticket from anand to rajkot and i procced through debit card and because of some reason axis bank debited my money and unfortunatly i didnt get my e ticket on my acc
