[Resolved]  Gsrtc — E-ticket reservation system

Booking e-ticket online reservation is good service provide by GSRTC but some mistack in this online service.
one of that seat no not match saw in online reservation seat layout in website and actual bus seat no. so please correct seat no online lay out ya actual in bus. Both are not match some reservation buses. sometime face problem many passenger when reservation couple seat ya sleeper.

Second is please always update your reservation website because some bus rout not under reservation but saw in reservation list and some time rout close but saw in reservation chart. It is very difficult when we do reserve ticket by online service.

Third is sometime two different passenger have reservation ticket against same seat no same date same bus. so please correct your system.

Please do needful to us and please take action early as possible.
