BOOKING REF Y3ACEZ. I flyed with GF from Kuwait to Mumbai. I had a Very bad experience of delay for more then 3 hours for delay from GF due to technical fault. Due to your delay from GF I have missed my next flight. I was assured in by the flight staff of GF that they will arrange the next flight for me. As it is due to GF delay. Later when I reached to Mumbai The ground staff refused for any help. I have to bear the loss due to your flight. Professionally and Personally I felt very bad, That being such a big group you are so unprofessional for a small amont of 3200 Rs ( 80$). Skywards No:[protected]. Requesting claiming our lost
Dear Sir.
This is to inform your good office that we Fawziya Khalid Recruitment office at Hawaaly Kuwait. One our passenger (SAMSUNNISHA/AAM MS, Ticket no[protected] and issued ticket by Gulf air flight no 211 and the arriving time was at 0305 AM on 11 February 2011 but the Manama air port were board our passenger 12 hours early by Thursday Evening arriving flight.
Due to not arrive according to the issued air ticket schedule, we were paid penalty 15 KWD (Fifteen Kuwaiti dinars) to the Kuwait air port.
I have attaché the ticket copy of arrived passenger and visa copy along with the penalty paid voucher so please kindly get action to reimburse our lost.
