I had ordered for a Paper Cup Machine from HAIROONTHAI GROUP AGENCY ,No: 5 ,Masque Street, Sathiq Batcha Nagar, Virugambakkam, CHENNAI 92 , Near Soorya Kalyana Mahal, Mob : 91-[protected]. And paid Rupees two lackhs on 23/05/2011 through Demand Draft . As per the conditions of the firm the machine will be delivered within 30 to 40 days . But the agency did not delivered the machine and cheated to me since last 9 months. At last I had made a complaint through Indian Consumer Complaint Forum. Due to intervention of Indian Consumer Forum I got Chque for Rs; 2 Lakhs from the firm vide Chque . No . 382349 dtd 7/01/2012 and the amount credited into my account on 13/01/2012 . For this act of kindness I am very thankful to your forum.
I had paid Room rent for 9 months and I had borrowed One Lackh ruppes from a person to paid the Agency during May'2011, for wich I had paid 3% Interest . Accordingly I request to the firm for compensation but they refused to pay compeensation to me.
So I humbly request to your honour kindly convey your opinion weather I am eligible for compensation if so advice me further course of action in this regard.

With due respect I submit few lines for your generous consideration and favorable action please.
I had made an order with Hairoonthai groups, No.7 Mahalakshmi street, Velan Nagar, Valarasaravakkam, Chennai – 600 0087 (near good shepherd school) . PH:[protected], 32931020, 24866227 web : www.hairoonthaigroups.org, emai : [protected]@yahoo.com For Paper Cup Machine and paid an advance amounting rupees 1, 00, 000/- through ready cash receipt (enclosed) Dated 06/10/2011 in accordance with tearms and conditions the firm will be supplied the machine within 45 to 60 days . But so far the firm did not supplied the machine. I am canceled my machine booking order (dated 10th April 2012) from hairoonthai groups and received the post date cheque (cheque no. 448298, A/c. no. [protected], Syndicate Bank, Valasaravakkam, Tiruvallur – 600 087) on 31st October 2012 the amount of Rs One Lakh only.

We have received cheating information of hairoonthai groups from persons whose facing problems meet with them. More than 11 months is over the firm has return back my advance with my compensation. I am facing lot of problems mentally and financially. In view of above, I humbly request to your honour that you may kindly look into the matter and kindly help to me, to my advance amount with my compensation, from the above firm.
