Haldiram — Poor service and bad behaviour

I visited Haldiram's Oulet situated between Gurgaob & Sohna on 6-july-09 at 10 pm. To me shock the staff refused to serve food. On top of that they were rude to us. I had asked guests from USA to try Haldiram's above Nirula's. But, to my disappointed the way we were treated it left me ashamed & embarassed.

I cant except such kind of rude behave from my FAVOURITE FOOD BRAND.

I am Tejahree from nagpur i m regular customer of Haldiram and i always face the problem with the staff behavior they just look like anything.and just feel that where we have come. .and be franking speaking girl cant even stand there soooo cheap enviorment at dharampeth haldiram,

so much disappointed,
I cant except such kind of behaviour from Haldiram

I visited hamldiram in noida spice mall, the bad behaviour existed there too...seems like haldiram is picking street boys to server the food which had no ettiquettes to speak...

There are so many illegal activities happening in eta, mainpuri, edmadpur, firozabad etc which might be not in ur knowledge. Here r some points.
1. company responsible person dont hav any communication wid the distributor of snacks in sukohabad from last 1 year .(complain in written by distributor).
2. no authorized document is given to the distributors regarding there sales targetas it is the end of quarter.
3. cutting of small namkeen is done on a very huge level in firozabad, tundla, edmadpur etc. 4. no realpresure on super stockiest of distributor on time, 3-5 day delay is normal.
4. in some cases the RTGS is made by the distributor, but after 5 days the product which is dispatch to the distributor is 1/3 of the order made by the distributor.
5. the order which is made by the distributor is usually different from the product which is dispatch to the distributor.
6. the verities of haldiram are always short in the go down of SS. (this statement is made by Mr. Harjeet, every time when SO or distributor asking him the reason of delay of order). 8. nw, i dont know weather this point is in the knowledge o[censored]rs or not, but its my duty to tell u coz if it not in ur knowledge thn it is wrong, Mr. Arora had his own manufacturing firm in which he produces pickle named FUNTOPS, insted of HALDIRAM pickle, and all the pickle is distributed with the verity of haldiram and to the distributor of haldiram(big namkeen) and in favor of this Mr. Arora give order in advance without RTGS.
7. some distributor are highly reliable on cutters coz cutters hav all verity but our SS dont hav.
8. Our own distributors are involve in the cutting, but no efforts are made to stop them.
9. NAME OF CUTTERS- mangel pandey, jumeel, bantu jain, rakesh jain, ranjan. And the distributors who involve in cuttingfor achiving there targets and earn huge incentives, they are- amit(edmadpur), praveen(mainpuri), manoj jain(eta)
sir dont want to talk about the problems, but i hav the solutions of there major problem so that cutting is stopped, and the name of haldiram remains on the top

Haldiram — half cooked food and bad service

hi! its really sad to inform that i had a very bad experience in your outlet at Kashmiri gate metro station... They served half cooked food and one of the staff was also rude and unfortunately they could not provide the details where i could complaint. we seriously can not expect such experience with you guys...

Haldiram — cake gone bad n curs was sour as well

11.08.14 was mothers day. i bought cake n few chat from sec 62 Noida. i bought cake at 8 pm n when we cut it at around 9 n my mom ate it, it was bad . my day was spoiled n raj kachori curd was sour as well thanks for spoiling my evening.
We now regret to say that we are regular customers of Haldirams almost two to two & half decades. We feel regret because, we had some quality issues with the Gulab Jamun we purchased during Deepavali time, but ever since then, we contacted contacted several times Halidrams through mail & phones. One Mr Irshad contacted may be for the name sake & ofcourse he sent mail of assurance on seeing the product yet, no effective action has been taken so far, atleast to retain the quality name.
Infact, we attached the so worst quality of the Gulab jamun also. We feel so bad that Haldirams like reputed company takes so much time resolve the issue, especially when it comes for its quality. I think in few more months next Deepavali is fast approaching. Would like to know how much time still be required to do the needful. Hope to get a desired result quite soon, before the things are taking different dimensions, please.
