I got my admission in ignou in BCA course on 31st july and i want to cancel my admission because im preparing for JEE 2023 . Therefore im submit a cancellation request with hand written application with all admission details on email but they are not cancelling my admission and also not giving my money refund. This is not a fair way . It's a IGNOU policy to give refund if we cancel admission within 1 month and they are waiting for 1 month and then they not refund my money.. Please help

I have baught some sweets(Laddu) from the Restaurent which is run by ISKON Temple Trust Mira Road( Address:Sri Sri Radhagiridhari Temple, Shristi-1, Sector 1, Near Bhaktivedanta Hospital, Bhaktivedanta Marg, Mira Road, Thane –[protected][protected], 28454672.Mobile:[protected]) on 02/03/2010 , & the same day when it was consumed found that sweets are Infected FUNGUS, immediately I have reached to the restaurent & show it to the owner of the Restaurent, firstly he is ignoring to agree .

When we asked him to bring other sweets , we found those too are affected FUNGUS & having bad odor (As rotten foods) which are kept in the same Tray for selling.

So, I want to bring this to your notice how the restaurent being cheated to the people, Where as in a General sweet shop the same product can be found within 6-7 Rs. but,in the ISKON Restaurent selling the same product in 15/- Rs. each. People believe that when we pay a higher amount of the same product it may be higenic & pure & when it's selling by a reputed organisation, but I found that they are selling the rotten product due to making money.

Beside this restaurent there is a school & College also there , childrens are consumes food from this restaurent because there is no other shop available in that area & this restaurent taking the benefit .

So, I want to request you to please take some action against the restaurent. Also attached some snap of the Owner / Products of the Restaurent.
