[Resolved]  Haldiram — Stale Rasgullas

Sir,
This complaint is regarding stale rasgullas that were part of the double maza pack of haldiram.
The pack which was manufactured in October 2010 was well within the BEST BEFOR DATE which is january .It contained one aloo bhujia pack and one rasgulla pack which was stale. we informed the company about it which assured replacement within 72 hrs and to preserve the stale pack.After no response for three days I called again but now they told that they have a weekly reviw policy and would sort out the complaint in 1 week. After that we called several times but still no replacement has come till this date. I request strict action against this irresponsible behaviour of the company.
