[Resolved]  Haldirams — Stale Sweets

I would like to share that quality of haldiram sweets has become very poor. below is an perfect example to it. Why should be compromise on quality of sweets when haldiram charge more for every sweet as compare to other sellers. Moreoever the response from their side is very pathetic, inspite writting feedback mail to them still they haven't responded to me.

Dear Haldiram Team,

It is very disappointing to see that the sweets we had purchased for diwali on 25 oct 11 were found with fungus when opened on diwali for pooja.

I and my father went to haldiram outlet in faridabad along with invoice#108954 dt:25 oct 11 and sweets where your team accepted the defect but they were not having any explanation as to why it got fungus. They kept on saying that their might be some problem with this half kg box hence they were ready to replace it. But when we asked abt the sweets which we have gifted to others to which they said they will replace that too.

Moreover the sweets box wasn't even stamped at the bottom with the sale date.

Was really amazed with the solution your team was giving us. We didn't went for the replacement on the eve of diwali which got spoiled because of haldiram, we asked them to keep the sweets with fungus and given us in written that half Kg tiranga burfi recd with fungus but no body was ready for it, when we asked one of them commented that the sweets were ok, when we asked him to eat, he refused to do say and insteadmisbehaved with my father.

Their were 3, 4 peoples one them named Mr. Umesh.

Can anyone provide me the solution to this problem and what abt the gifted sweets, nothing can compensate it and the kind of attitude your team I think you need to educate them how to behave with customers.

I have brought back the sweets with me since none your team member at store was ready to give us receipt in written.

Now I have to look for other options incase I doesn't get any response within 24 hours.
