CHEAP AND ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR FROM YOUR COLLECTION AGENTS
This is to inform you that I had taken personal loan from HSBC BANK- a so called reputed bank with downmarket and cheap collection executives who DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO LADIES AND THEIR REFERENCES AND WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF THE TERM -REFERENCES AND MAKE THEM OUT TO BE GUARANTORS!!!
I have been making regular payments of my loan installments till about 2 months ago and since I was unable to make further payments I requested the DOWNMARKET CALLERS to arrange for a settlement of my loan account.The account was settled after a cash payment of Rs 9000/-was made by me and I was supposed to receive the settlement letter immediately.After a few days to my surprise one of the rogues called me up demanding Rs 9000/-again if i wanted the SETTLEMENT LETTER..I asked them to wait for a few days as I couldnt pay up on that particular day.They sent their GOONDA to my residence and he kept harassing us every morning and evening for 2 days continuously.Later that night I got a call-from the worst possible DOWNMARKET CHEAPSTER speaking to me like I was of his calibre.
His name-Mr Ajay Naik Mobile number [protected] operating from UMANG 2ND FLOOR
CONVERSATIONAS FOLLOWS-KYA BANK MEIN KAAM KARTI HAY TU????AUKAD NAHIN HAY TO LOAN KYUN LIYA?????????I said please tameez se baat kijiye-aap kaun hain??????????
MAIN??????KYA KAR LEGI MERA NAAM JAANKE??????????JO HAY GHAR MEIN WOH KAM GIRTA HAY KYA??????????DOOSRI SHAADI KAREGI MUJHSE??????/
Again i said badtameez -tameez se baat karo-He answered screaming like one GOONDA abhi ka abhi paisa rokda de kya?????bahut tameez se baat kiya terese-
And another GOONDI called VAISHALI-sitting on the 2nd floor called up both my REFERENCES AND STARTED THREATENING THEM-PAISA LENE TUMHAARE GHAR AADMI BHEJ RAHI HOON-AUKAD NAHIN HAY -UTHA LOONGI TUM LOGON KO AND THE WORST POSSIBLE ABUSES also to my references.
Both belong to national collection agency.
KINDLY SEE THAT NECESSARY ACTION IS TAKEN AGAINST THESE PEOPLE-
AND AFTER THE SETTLEMENT LETTER I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THESE GOONS BECAUSE I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT I AM DEALING WITH HSBC BANKS WELL MANNERED EXECUTIVES
PLEASE SEE THAT THEY DONT REPEAT THIS OR I WILL HAVE TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND SUE HSBC FOR DEFAMATION AND SECONDLY FOR HARASSMENT AND DOWNMARKET BEHAVIOUR WITH CUSTOMERS.

HSBC, Personnal Loan — Harassment by the Bank People
Hi, This is Priya who have a Personnal Loan vide A/c No[protected] in HSBC Bank and my mail ID is [protected]@rediffmail.com . I Could not make the EMI since six months as I was out of station for my studies. One day i got call from the bank asking me to pay the payment and without my request they have offered me for settlement of Rs40, 000/- to be paid in two instalments and I have agreed to pay and Paid Rs20, 000/- immediately and was told to pay the remaining amount within a weaks time which i could not arrange and was being harassed by One Female staff Namely Grace and spoke to us vulgarly(Very bad sentences like to sleep with someone and get the money). Is this the way you people treat the customers and ask the customers to sleep with the someone to the Female members. Is the people of Collection Department do the same thing . I want the action to be taken immediately against the lady who spoke to us likethat and came to the office and created a nuiscance in the office otherwise I'l approach the Consumer Court for proper judgement.
