[Resolved]  Hariharan G — Product not yet delivered

I have ordered a pendrive in tradus website for my brother G Gokul ... they have been shiped the product in Aramex couriers upto chennai... This Aramex couriers shipped the product to sathyamangalam via ST Couries.... The POD no. is[protected]... When I checked in the ST courier website, it shows the product has been delivered on 19th of July 2012, but till now I have not yet received the product... When I called and asked for the details they are not providing me proper details... So kindly make arrangements for the product to be delivered or refund my amount for the cost of the product...
