NON - RECEIPT OF REFUND (APPL.NO.83982), SECTOR-2 BAHADURGARH PLOTS
I have sent an appl. no.83982 for allotment of Plot of 14-Marla under General Category for Sector-2 Bahadurgarh on the name of Mohinder Pal s/o Late Shri Tej Bhan along with earnest money of Rs.95, 700/- (DDno.049981 dt 02/01/2010), which was deposited at Axis Bank Delhi. My registration no. is BPBAH-16122
But i have not received the refund of said application till date
kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the refund at the earliest and oblige.

Haryana Urban Development Authority — Non Refund of Registration Amount
Dear Sir,My wife had applied for HUDA, Faridabad 2010 residential plots scheme under sector 56-56A gen category. The draw was held on 21 June 2010 but I didn't get my application money till now.
I also tried to call Estate office, Faridabad but it always engaged and they are not responding on mails.
My wife's application no.466708 in the name of Geeta Panwar.
Kindly do the needful so that I can get my money back as soon as possible.

Haryana Urban Development Authority — Non-implementation of NCDRC order
Respected Sir,The Hon'ble National Consumer Dispute Redrassal Commission, New Delhi passed order on 16.04.2010 regarding refund o[censored]ndue/unjustified interest with 12% interest along with Rs.5000 litigation charges. The Haryana Urban Development Authority, Gurgaon not implementing even after made a several request to him.

I had applied for a 10 Marla plot in HUDA Scheme Jhajjar Sector-9 vide application No- 43099. The draw result was announced in June 2011. I have not yet received my refund of application amount.Major siddharth Kumar
I also tried to call Estate office, Faridabad but it always engaged.
