[Resolved] Haware Builders — Builder Charging Heavy Amount for NOC
Respected Sir, [protected] My Self Rajesh Tripathi, staying at A-16 Sarnath BARC Anushaktinagar, have purchased a flat B/301 of Haware Green Park, at sector 22, Plot 15, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai from Mrs Nitha Philip Easo at a cost of 30,00,000. The building has been constructed by Haware Engineers and Builders Pvt Ltd, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The registration has been done at Deputy Registrar office at Panvel on [protected]. Initial Payment of Rs 5,00,000 has been done to Mrs Nitha Philip Easo via cheque. In order to pay the remaining 25,00,000 I have applied for Bank Loan from IDBI Bank. As per Bank Procedure I have to give a NOC Document from Haware Builder as the Society is not formed as on date. I have approached Haware office at Vardhaman Market, Sector 17 Vashi and applied for NOC on 18th Oct 2011 and have given written request for NOC with signatures from me and seller Ms Nitha Philip Easo in the prescribed format from Haware. However to our surprise your office In charge (Mr Dhaigude) at Haware Office is demainding a sum of Rs 1,65,000 as charges for NOC without any return receipt. This heavy charges are not written in any governemnt policy or rule for transfer of property or flat. Hence I consider this as not a legal charge and being from a middle class background we do not have sufficient money to pay this charges. We are buying house not for investment but for our use after my Father retirement. We have spend all our PF money and loans to buy this flat and on top of this if Haware is demanding such a heavy charge we are in no posistion to give the same. Now the owner is threatening to cancel the registration if the remaining 25,00,000 is not paid hence we require your immediate attention to resolve this issue. Regards Rajesh Tripathi Mobile:[protected] Was this information helpful?

Mr. Rajest, you need not to pay 1, 65, 000 to get NOC. Call to higher authority and do complaint. You can get help of nearest police station. Or try to get connect with head of this company. Here, you can make your voice too loud to get your complaint resolved. Otherwise you should hire a lawyer.
