This is to state that i was working as a sale executive in Hdfc bank Ltd. through HBL Global Pvt. Ltd.(sister concern of Hdfc bank ltd.). I worked for 6yrs. till March 2009 as was unable to continue due to some personal problem.
Now its near about 2yrs. my PF & Form 16( april 08 to march 2009) is not being provided to me.
My PF A/C No. is 44918, employee code was M03659
& PAN No. is BSSPS8103H
So, Request you to do needfull to solve my problem as soon as possible.
