HCL CDC — laptop problem

my name is kuldeep singh. i m the student of hcl cdc, sector-8, F-1, i m doing mcse and ccna from march, 2009. As per there comitment they promised to me that they wil proved me a laptop in 15 days, after ful payment of course. they provide a laptop after 6 month but the problem is that provided laptop is not workink properly, it is totally useless for me. i want replace this laptop, still they are not taking any action regarding to my complaint.

my name is Ashwal. i m the student of HCLCDC, 25 Suraj Plaza, First Floor, Above Allahabad Bank, Burlington Chauraha, Vidhan Sabha Marg, Lucknow - 1. i m doing HCE from Feb, 2008 to May 2009. HCE-1 . Mr. Varun & Mr.Sameer Lamba As per there comitment they promised to me 100% Placement. BUT no placement. HCLCDC LUCKNOW, is totaly FRAUD institute. HCLCDC only EARN to Money. Mr. Varun & Mr.Sameer Lamba is FRAUD Person. HCL all institute to FRAUD.
