My name is Ashish Sengupta. I am a software engineer by profession. I juz wanted to throw some light upon how to shape your career in IT field through this post .Plz note tat my ideas are not borrowed from anyone. I am sharing everything from my own personal experiences hence; they may be relevant or irrelevant to other individuals.

Well, if you are an IT minded fellow then, here are some useful tips about how to shape your career in IT. One always needs to culture and enhance whatever skills he has got and hence the first and foremost step is to get a proper IT training from a proper IT training institute. Secondly, when it comes to getting enrolled in an IT training institute, you should have a proper idea of where you are getting your training. Over here, I would recommend HCL CDC as one of the right training institutes to lead you towards a right career track in IT field.
