Yapp Sam, i[censored] dnt clear ur exam or fee getting certificate is next thing to impossible. Howver in other circumstances, it may happen that incomplete paper work may be one reason abt non-receipt of certificates. Make detail enquiries for the same.

i Ashwani Kumar s/o Sh. Jiunu Ram and Sapna Kumari D/o Sh. Pratap Chand had compeleted our one month .net training from dec 2009 to jan 2010 from hclcdc chandigarh. However, we do not get our certificates so kindely provide us our certificate as soon as possible.
