I have faced the below problem need help to Solve it.

Series: P-21
Please go through the below details.
I had a f2f conversation with HCL touch (C-60,Sec-2, Noida) regarding my laptop which had a problem of not booting and the LAN connection take some time to send/received the data packets.They took my laptop on 5th nov and in the evening they told me that they were installed the OS but due to some network problem unable to instal the drivers so take some time, so they asked to come the center on 6th nov. on 6th nov when I called them they told me its working, so i can take it from them today. When I went there they told me that the drivers are still not installed and asked me do I have the driver CD. I told them yes I have the CD and I can installed them if it is the only problem. So I took my laptop and paid the service charged (1124/-) for this. But when tried to instal the drivers the OS reject as the currently installed OS is upgraded version. So again I called the center they told me come there on saturday(10th nov). Again I visited the center and give them to do the needful. But after 2 hour they told me that there internet is not working so they cant download the drivers. I told them to keep the laptop for the day but told me that as no new Jobsheet is not created for this laptop so they cant take it and told me to download myself. I downloaded the drivers but some drivers is not yet installed. So i need further help for this.
I have below problem as well,
1. previously my LAN connection take some more time to send/received the packets but now the LAN icon is not even display.
2. Most of the keys are not working.
3. When I play video it frequently closed itself.
So kindly take a look and let me know as I have paid for this. I went there as my laptop has a single problem but now I have multiple of problems.

Please help me to solve the problem as I am unable to watch any Video.

HCL — cd driver & keyboard not working...
i had purchased hcl laptop last year, just after warranty above metioned parts get damaged.when i went your berhampur service centre, they demand me of 5000Rs. for cd driver & keyboard.can you suggest me, what to do?
