[Resolved] Hcl Infosystem — Full and Final Settlement Not done correctly | |||
Employee Code: 11003655. Company: HCl INfosystem Location: Noida Sector 11 Complaint Subject: Full and Final settlement not credited properly. I did quit HCl Infosystem on 31st July 2012 from Noida location, it was done formally by giving 1 month notice period and was also accepted by my manager. Before Notice Period I had gone for customer Visit which was scheduled from 4th July to 11th July for Patna, while coming back my travel settlement was not done because system was not helping to register as I was serving notice period and they asked me to submit the bills on last day and it will be taken care. Neither even HR intimated through mail that if I go before 2 months of notice my pay for one month will be deducted. Now I received the final amount which is very low below expectation and when I tried to floowup with them either they donet respond or just trying to move around. The problem is I dont have any documents with me which says that what amount I need to get, just attaching the mail trail for reference.Please try to help me and get my money back from them. I would alteast require around 3lks form them for pending salary, and the mental harassment that I had gone through during this phase.
