[Resolved]  Hcl Infosystem — A query regarding the company

This is a public message regarding M/s HCL Infosystems Ltd. It is very true that FM, Zonal, LCS etc heads are only fulfilling their targets buy submitting their quarterly payments collected from customer in the form of AMC / FM Services / Hardware Shipping etc. But unfortunately they pay more attention to retain their clients inversely they pay attention to the engineers who are the main service process assets in any project. The policy of the organization particularly for OJT a.k.a project associates are very unclear.
Firstly, this OJT post should be abolished once a candidate successfully completes his/her probation period on 6months - 1years duration after exam whichever is applicable and it is not done. There are examples where engineers working for more than 6 years are not made permanent. Hence when the OJT period will end?
Secondly, low payout issue is very prevalent amongst all OJT's. Their standard payout stands always less than 10k to 12k and it is impossible to sustain the standard as in today's economy prise rises leaps and bounds. Also if someone tries to continue higher studies, he or she fails due to low wage.
Thirdly, no training is provided from organization end, even an initiative is also not taken up by project managers. Therefore the engineers are not getting trained up to the industry standards and practices and are no competent as per project requirement. It is seen that maximum engineer's learn by themselves my self effort as they have to sustain their job.

No benefits are entitled for OJT's. No medical, no holidays ( EL / PL / CL etc ), ESI facilities are there but HR does not help the guy who wants to get entitled of the benefits.

People Process and Product are the three key drivers of any project or any company to successfully run. Contracts are renewed based on this. If company is not stressing on fair means of people practice, then the objective of the project gets jeopardised.

Hence it is clear from above that HCL is a brand name for people from outside, but when somebody gets attached to it, especially Infosystem wing, he/she understands where he / she have joined.
