[Resolved]  Hcl Laptop — HCL Laptop service regarding.

Dear sir/madam,
I bought a HCL laptop from new delhi 2 years ago. now i find my CD writer can not write when i used nero which was provided to me with the laptop.Earlier i never tried to write anything. Whatever, i went to the service centre on[protected] at 203,bajaj house,nehru place,new delhi.They checked it and said CD writter is damaged. So ,it need to be replaced. As a new piece of Cd writter drive was not available with them ,so they asked me to come later after confirmation from Miss Jasbeer.They charged me Rs 500, but did not give me the receipt as the concerned official had already left.After 10 days one of my friend having some knowledge of computers came to me . He checked my system and told me your writer is alright, nero will not work. You try with other software. I tried with XP inbuilt Cd writing system and found everything is fine.
So, my complaint to you is about-
1. Inefficiency of your people.
2. If you receive money ,then give receipt. As i am not at fault, why should i pay for? Coming again to collect it is wastage of both time and petrol.
Please try to increase the knowledge of your people as HCL Laptops are yet to become a consumers 1st choice.

IT'S A MATTER TO REGRET n ASHAMED THAT ONE OF THE BIGGEST COMPANY PRODUCT{NOTEBOOK} HAVING A LARGE PROBLEM WHICH WERE NEVER BE SORTED THAT'S LASTLY NO OPTION THAN COMPLIANT.
Actually i am fred up of my laptop.In sept 2007, i carry a hcl notebook from an authorised dealer. It is under warranty period. My notebook having much more problem since the date taken.
problems are:-
1- keypad not woking -dealer changed but take 6 week.
2- display disapper- dealer say RAM problem so i give it for repairing then it take1 month.
3- motherboard problem{changed by dealer }
4- again display problem-1 WEEK AGAIN
5- again display problem.


now once more again same problem now what to do plz decide n tell me.....
it's a last option then we will meet in consumer court!
This will certain done by me rather their were no choice
A laptop/PC having main part is motherboard/ram n many more ...
sincerly my lots of work is beign pending & i am totally frusted by ur dealer n ur service.

plz take necessary step to avoid such problem that i have....

this message is for the concerned authority.As i had bought laptop of your company HCL last month ,bt we are neither satisfied with the laptop nor with the service.Laptop is showing some problems such as display problem.That is occuring again and again even after servicing.
so i request you to take some action regarding the problem as soon as possible.

sir my laptop has been stopped automatically when i was working. a msg was displayed that y,r physical memory is dumped. now when i reinstall window then msg is diplayed that yr hard drive is not installede. now please tell me what is the problem.

I bought a laptop of hcl befor 6 months and now i hav some problem in l.c.d., dvd writer, and the cpu fan... The cpu fan is Making so much noise and the L.C.D hav some dots in the middle...and the dvd writer dont writes the cd ... so plz tell me wht should i do ...

Please Dont buy HCL laptop. These people canvas many things but once we buy the laptop, they wont bother if the laptop is wotking or not. Even they wont give any proper response. Especially, Sathish and Ram(software manager, born with cell phone and he is the only man in the world always having meeting with customers, I am not sure with whom he is always talking?) those working in HCL Infosystems at Nungambakkam have cheated many ppl like this. They are always busy with their work whenever we try to contact them thru. their office number. They do not know the value of the money. Cheating fellows.

But now I got a new prolem with that, the desktop(and all oters screens) is rotated from landscape to protrait mode. I did R&D to turn back to Landscape mode but i failed to do so.
Can you please help me to solve this problem.

I brought a laptop model k21 but after 9 months my charger wire get burned automatically when i am working. Since i ma an engineering student and leave outside from town, indore. As my paper is going and i am unable to get it to indore . So, please help me can it be repaired or replaced? and if it be then where i have to take the laptop in indore? and what is the procedure?

sir, I have a HCL, laptop, which was purchased on Dec, 2008.
I have observed that each time I boot my PC the amount of disk space in c: drive is decreasing.
I have defragmented the said volume many a times but no fruitful result is obtained.
Is this a case of virus attack?
I do regularly use internet and the antivirus 'Kaspersky 6.0' is installed on my laptop.
Kindly suggest the solution for the above said problem.
