In which i am surprised there is an employee-nitin kansal, he lives in ghaziabad and working in delhi who has fake degree of bcom and mcom (actual education intermediate and ba (correspondence)...

We have called on customer care center and log a complain ([protected]) before two months regarding touch pad was not resolved, according to customer care it was resolved and even there was already more parts are replaced which we have not logged the complain. Laptop model is lenovog580 having serial no:- cb21282958. They are not able to resolve our request and moreover not listening to our queries....
