HCL Me Laptop — Defective product | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased a HCL Laptop bearing serial No B101AE430126 on[protected]. From the date of purchase till today it has gone for servicing for 3 times and waiting for the next service from 6-7-2011 lying unused. End of June 2011 all of a sudden the screen became blank and started blinking with different different colors. I had lodged a complaint on 6-7-2011. Non of the company executive attended the fault. Today on[protected] when I called to their Customer care I got message the complaint status is showing that, the company is waiting for spare parts. When no one has attended my call then how they came to know about the problem? and for which spares they are waiting for? It is nothing but cheating the general public. The laptop unit purchased by me is a defective one. Within 6 months 3 times service and from around 30-6 the laptop is lying unused. Whether my Money does not have any value? Why should I will suffer for a defective product of HCL? Like this one year will get over and the company will proudly announce that warranty period is over. I don't want this defective product. I don't rely on HCL product nor their WORST SERVICE. Want my Money back including loss of revenue due to non use of Laptop at the most peak time. I being a Chartered Accountant the month of July is one of the most peak month. I CONCLUDE WITH DEMAND FOR MY MONEY BACK INCLUDING INTEREST AND LOSS OF REVENUE.
