HCL Me Laptop Complaints & Reviews

All of a sudden my laptop screen becomes blank when I tried to turn it on. Sounds of turning on are coming but screen was black then I noticed that there is a display with minimum brightness that you cant even spot with naked eye. I tried increasing the brightness but it won't work. It's not a brightness problem, it's some led problem. Please help me with the issue...

DEAR SIR,
I BOUGHT ONE HCL ME LAPTOP ON 2 ND AUGUST 2011 FROM COPPUTER GALLERY , SERIAL NO OF LAPTOP IS C101AE441202 .OFCENTRAL AVENUE,KOLKATA DURING THAT TIME THEY COMITTED TO GIVE SOME GIFT ALONG THAT INCLUDING ONE 3YEAR FREE MCAFEE ANTIVIRUS WHICH COST ALMOST RS 4500/ .
BUT IMMIDIATE AFTER BOUGHT IT THEY TOLD ME TO GET THE MCAFEE ANTIVIRUS GIFT I HAVE TO TAKE IT FROM HCL HEAD OFFICE NOIDA., FOR THAT I HAVE TO REGISTER MY LAPTOP IN HCL HEAD OFFICE. I DID IT IMMIDIATELY AND THEY CONFIRMED ME BY EMAIL BUT AFTER THAT THEY TOLD ME TO SEND THE CARTOON PART OF THAT LAPTOP CARRY BOX, GURANTEE CARD ZEROX, VOUCHAR ZEROX AND REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE .
ALL I SENDED THROUGH THE FIRST FLIGHT COURIAR BUT TILL NOW NOT A SINGLE CORROSPONDENCE HAPPEN WITH ME FROM THERE SIDE.
I WROTE SEVERAL EMAIL AND CALL THEM BUT THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING THAT THE COMPANY POLICY HAS CHANGED AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME THE GIFT.
THATS HOW HCL CHEATED WITH THE CUSTOMERS.
PLEASE HELP ME TO RECOVER THE COMMITED GIFT.

HCL Me Laptop — Cheating on Gift

I purchased the laptop on[protected] and they offered gift as camera (CHEATING ...DONNO WHAT TO SAY ABOUT THESE KINDA COMPANIES) and I raised complaints as many as 10 times and no proper response. They did not send my free gift till today.

Suggest me where can i proceed legally or I can put a complaint to government or where ever.

please do some thing on this.

HCL Me Laptop — Speaker of laptop

I have taken HCL Me laptop On 25th June 2011.
There is a problem in one of speaker of laptop as it doesn't sound while another is working.
It is still in warranty period.

    I have purchased a HCL ME Laptop core i3 in MAY2011 with offer of 2 year extra subscription of McAfee Anti Virus,in this regarding I have followed up with HCL customer care centre from more than 20days,they have asked for mail for the same I have forwarded it before 20days but there is no reply from there SPECIAL PROMOTION of HCL.My laptop Serial No. 3111AE775338.

          Dear Sir,

          I had purchased a HCL Laptop bearing serial No B101AE430126 on[protected]. From the date of purchase till today it has gone for servicing for 3 times and waiting for the next service from 6-7-2011 lying unused.

          End of June 2011 all of a sudden the screen became blank and started blinking with different different colors. I had lodged a complaint on 6-7-2011. Non of the company executive attended the fault. Today on[protected] when I called to their Customer care I got message the complaint status is showing that, the company is waiting for spare parts. When no one has attended my call then how they came to know about the problem? and for which spares they are waiting for? It is nothing but cheating the general public. The laptop unit purchased by me is a defective one. Within 6 months 3 times service and from around 30-6 the laptop is lying unused.

          Whether my Money does not have any value? Why should I will suffer for a defective product of HCL? Like this one year will get over and the company will proudly announce that warranty period is over.

          I don't want this defective product. I don't rely on HCL product nor their WORST SERVICE. Want my Money back including loss of revenue due to non use of Laptop at the most peak time. I being a Chartered Accountant the month of July is one of the most peak month.

          I CONCLUDE WITH DEMAND FOR MY MONEY BACK INCLUDING INTEREST AND LOSS OF REVENUE.

            I require immediate solution for the same Other wise same will be taken up at appropriate levels.

            In my opinion you should call back above mentioned model and replace the same with capslock indication function added model of similar configuration.

              Me Nirbhay Singh want to inform that i bought my laptop on 28th december, i was told that my gifts will be delievered in atmost 1 month. I recieved my phone and Reebok Tack Suit after 2 months. Bt It has been 3 and half month and i havn't recieved my windows seven operating system CD. Kindly, look into the matter.

              its urgent.

              plz let me knw reason for above.

                dear sir
                i purchase hcl me laptop in oct. 2009 and face many problem from manufactoring defects .It is defected 3 times and and i face many probem in service center delay in reparing prasent time my latop in service center

                yas solutions (mathura) from 11/01 /2010

                when i ask about laptop they says we will not get parts from company tell me who is respnsable for it .
