HCL Me Laptop — Fraud

I bought a HCL ME Laptop from hclstore.in on 22nd of Jan 20010 and it was mentioned there that I will get a free Nokia 2680 mobile and a MTV bag (worth Rs. 5500) free with this product but I haven’t received anything such like that with my product , I received the courier on 25th of Jan 2010 and I tried to contact HCL on their helpline no.[protected] and I was told that I have to write a mail to young india regarding this matter. I had send the mail to them many times but I haven’t received any reply. My laptop serial no. is B094AF191683 , and my order no.is 9982. I also tried to contact hcl store by mailing on the email address [protected]@hclstore.in but I havent recieved any reply from there side also. When I use to call at there call centre they use to laugh me in the background and says that this is there technical helpdesk number and there is no contact for there sales department and I have to contact there sales department via mail only and wait for there reply. I am really fed up from there service so please help.
