I had exchanged my laptop under warranty..The new laptops battery run only half an hour.I have complained/mail many times to HCL,but they did not give any satisfied answer.
Pls do something.

I bought my hcl C2D desktop on 27 Sep 09. I was asked to register the machine on HCL site to get the gifts. I followed the instructions but did not have promotion code so left the column blank. I tried to register with code once i was provided by the dealer but coukld not succeed. I was asked to approch customer care by the dealer. Delivery of same was promised to me within fifteen days. However i am yet to receive the same. Kindly resolve the issue. Machine no. is 4097AZ155938.

I purchased a laptop on 11.12.2009 from P.C. Computer, Agartala. Its machine No. is 9094AX112179. It was advertised that one mobile handset will be gifted with the purchase for which the Dealer has registered in my name(Subhabrata Bhattacharjee of Agartala, Triupura).

I have a display problem in my laptop and i am already complaintes in HCL sevice point in Jamnshedpur but after 2 week there is no responce to solve my problem

So please solve my problem very soon.

I am a customer of HCL…I brought a HCL laptop in May-2007-model no HN-L19 (serial no 3074AX349907) and after one month it started to give problem…. Till now I have visited almost 15 times to HCL service centre in Bangalore…. Surprisingly almost 5 times they said it’s a motherboard problem and they have replaced it…but the same problem came again and again.

This time I have given my laptop on 30/09/2009 and problem was that “ system not powering on”. The engineer who was solving my laptop named Vineet. When I gave my laptop on 30th October, engineer said that he will deliver it within 10days.I called him every week and he gave me one after another reason and today after almost one month when I called him, he said most probably he can deliver by 30/10/2009. Very unfortunate to say that HCL band and its services are just horrible.

I don’t know how many has suffered like me but yes I am writing this mail in hope of resolving the issues quickly and those who are planning to associates themselves with HCL will think twice.

Hi, its real cheat...companies never ask for any kind of payment before interview. If, any genuine company invites for the interview, they never ask you for a sum to be deposited. However, showing greed towards air ticket and interview call from companies like hcl and wipro after confirmation of sum already demanded by them. A person can easily be trapped after listening the company like hcl.

I got a mail from HRD APPOINTMENT (appointment.hrd.[protected]@gmail.com) for the interview call from HCL Technologies Ltd. but as it was asking for depositing money in bank Ac. and the sendors mail was of GMAIL Domain ID and not the HCL Domain I thought it is a cheating mail because no company reputated like HCL will ask for depositing money in advance for interview and when I searched for the domain ".dr.com" at which the scan copy of cash deposit needs to be mailed was found for Doctor's site which is neither related to software nor with HRD. Then I searched for this mail ID "hcl.[protected]@dr.com" at google which is mentioned in mail and found so many fraud mails from similar senders.

So it is confirmed that this is a FAKE MAIL and these people are trying to CHEAT the job seekers.

HCL TECH and CONSUMER COURT MUST have to take necessary action against these FAKE MAIL SENDERS.

Thats the mail, i received. I am sure this is just a [censored]. I request you to strong action againts this group.

Even I got an email from "[protected]@gmail.com" stating my selection for the job interview and asking me to deposit money for getting the paid travel for attending the interview. So, I request all of you not to fall for such mails and please use think for a moment as why would a company ask you to pay a security deposit for attending an interview and more over claiming to pay your entire travel expense after you pay their security deposit. And if at all if a company calls you for an interview and claims to pay your travel expense that would be only after you attend their interview as they select you for the process after many analysis of your resume.

I also got the same kind of mail today. It is a No.1 fraud case. Even the offer letter is full of spelling mistakes. I called them to check their attitude. I told I don't need any airtickets and the place is just walkable distance for me. Then also they told the money has to be deposited and it will be refunded at the time of interview. They are pakka frauds.
I am humbly requesting all of you to just ignore these kind of mails. They are simply taking advantage of the job seekers.

HCL MONITOR — menu problem

HCl monitor menu is automatically running on the screen and it causes the change in the menu options also.So we can't able to stop that process.please send the required remedy to stop it.

HCL is a louda company

my full and final settlement is waiting for about 9 months now..

I do have the same problem. I worked in HCL Technologies for about 2 years and 2 months. I resigned in the year 2007 but still I didn't receive my PF amount transfered to my current employer. My PF account number is HCL/5572/16745. Few of my HCL colleagues left in 2007 have same issue.

Whom should we contact to resolve this issue. If somebody has any clue please do show some light on this.

Desk top computer — Less hard disc space

I purchased Ezeebee computer desktop system through Ruby Global Systems, Thalassery on 06.10.2005.Once the hard disc was got repaired through the dealer(Ruby) .According to Ruby the complaint occured due to 'loose contact'.The hard disc is of 40 GB.
Now the hard disc shows only a disc space below 30 GB.(09.58 * 3).I am told that disc space can not be that much low.The hard disc has warranty for 3 years.Please replace the hard disc.

Problem found in Operating System, which installed by HCL technician at Howrah Location (City-Howrah, State-West Bengal)also found some problem in Hard Disk Space.

HCL — Regarding warranty

I bought a Sandisk micro sd card 8 gb this year, the card developed problem soon after, i contacted my retailer who directed me to a service center. I didnt got any help there, and then i was directed to another. The card has a hcl sticker on it and the address is given of the importer as HCL, the number given i tried to call did not respond. The person at hcl service center bangalore told me that HCL Doesnt import micro sd card. Now i.m considering going to consumers court for the same. Can anyone help me if they have the information if HCL Imports micro sd card or not.. And is it appropriate to go to consumers court for the same. Thank you. My mail is [protected]@gmail.com

I bought HCl leaptop note book pc, The problem is screen is not displaying any thing. but if we connect it to extenal monitor it is working. I think the problem is with my Lid of the leaptop.
It has a warranty of 3 years, still there are 10 months to complete the warranty period.

I have purchased a desktop EZEEBEE TOP T321 PDC on 11.01 2010 bearing Sr. No. A097AZ050563. Unfortunately, the CPU got a problem of swithing on. I have registered a complaint no.[protected], and Engineer visited me and found the problem in RAM as well as in motherboard. He took both the equipment for exchange and committed to be replaced within a week. But could not be replaced till today. Painfully, I have to register this complaint for the poor service, that the HCL is providing. Please look the matter personally, so that the coming customer can faith on HCL.
