and i have purchased it on 30-6-08
its showingb its guarentee 1 month less

HCL — Regarding warranty

I bought a Sandisk micro sd card 8 gb this year, the card developed problem soon after, i contacted my retailer who directed me to a service center. I didnt got any help there, and then i was directed to another. The card has a hcl sticker on it and the address is given of the importer as HCL, the number given i tried to call did not respond. The person at hcl service center bangalore told me that HCL Doesnt import micro sd card. Now i.m considering going to consumers court for the same. Can anyone help me if they have the information if HCL Imports micro sd card or not.. And is it appropriate to go to consumers court for the same. Thank you. My mail is [protected]@gmail.com

I bought HCl leaptop note book pc, The problem is screen is not displaying any thing. but if we connect it to extenal monitor it is working. I think the problem is with my Lid of the leaptop.
It has a warranty of 3 years, still there are 10 months to complete the warranty period.
To utilize the warranty whom can i consult please kindly send information to my mail -id.

Two monitors received on 19.12.2008 against P.O. No. 2008/CRIS/11/2533 dated 08.09.2008 in COS office, SEC Railway, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.

I have purchased a desktop EZEEBEE TOP T321 PDC on 11.01 2010 bearing Sr. No. A097AZ050563. Unfortunately, the CPU got a problem of swithing on. I have registered a complaint no.[protected], and Engineer visited me and found the problem in RAM as well as in motherboard. He took both the equipment for exchange and committed to be replaced within a week. But could not be replaced till today. Painfully, I have to register this complaint for the poor service, that the HCL is providing. Please look the matter personally, so that the coming customer can faith on HCL.

i am aneesh from LUCKNOW. I prchased a HCL NOTEBOOK V20. It was given a warranty of 36 months from date of installation so its warranty expires on 25 sept 2010.I want to extend my warranty but there are no options to extend warraty of my laptop in your service center lucknow (near 8 no chauraha sarvoday nagar)

i have bought HCL Laptop 3 months back. Bluetooth of the laptop not working. I want 2 know whether it is onsite warrant or offsite warranty.
