[Resolved]  HCL Me Tablet — Worst HR policies..

Based on HCL good name name I have joined in HCL on June 3rd 2008 but it is worst company in prospective of HR policies. After my technical discussions i have accepted the HCL offer they never said anything like what they mentioned in offer. On my joining date they given offer letter in that there is condition like (in my total CTC there is some performance bonus around 12K per month, it is not extra it is part in CTC) whenever we want resigned we have return it back to HCL. Example i have joined on June so i want resign in Dec i have to pay back to them 12000*6=…??? Think how they want take back our hard working money and sucking our blood.

Working hours also 9.30 hours per day.

Another horrible thing that recently i have resigned to HCL Oct 15th 2010 so immediately thy stopped my salary so i have to service them 60 days notice that means my last working day will be Dec 16th.. That means for three months I didn’t not get any salary.. How it is difficult to survive without salary.

Even it is not end,,, after 60 days notice period they will not settle final settlement with in 15 or 30 days ... what is their SLA you know... 45 days.. So after completion of 45 days i sent mail to HR Babita Rampal what is her reply I got you know ?? if you know you will get surprise.. it is not 45 days , it will be 45 working days... that means around 60 days..

So if you want resign to HCL you should not expect 5 month salary... as well you have to pay them back based on your resignation time period.. Think to join in HCL as these was worst HR policy..
There is only 16 anural leaves,,, no marriage leaves no medical leaves nothing.

yes i too faced the same problem. I dont understand from waht angle CEO Mr Vineet Nayar says its an Employee first company...he should see the reasons of employees leaving the company.

Absolutely True. Employee First is just an eyewash. Working in HCL is like working in hell & i would say its better to be jobless than to serve/work with the Donkeys of HCL.
ha ha I just resigned HCL 2 weeks ago and I am told I have to serve 3months notice period, no compromise on that :( more over its been only two months I worked for them and I have to serve more than that as NP. I am definitely not in a position to serve 3months notice and I am also supposed to return back Joining Bonus no clue how can do that without service NP. ANy idea what might happen if I dont serve NP and didnot return Joining Bonus???

Anyone went through this phase?
