HCL Me Tablet — Software and Hardware Problem not resolved in 24 days | |
I purchased a HCL ME TABLET from Ranchi on 8th March (Invoice No. CCPL/2012-13/13967) and soon after that I started facing hanging and software proble. Initailly I could not understand the actual problem an kept using the same. When I realised that it is not supporting many softwares.games etc, i sent a mail to customer care and I was told to get the software upodated from service center. I handedover TAB on 30th March at Service Cenetr at Ranchi. I was told a week time for software update and that there is some problem in motherborad. After that I am regularly folowing up for status of the TAB but neither service center is giving any update nor cusormer service team. I am sending regular mail at [protected]@hcl.com and [protected]@hcl.com. But still not got and positive feedback. service center has given 4 times wrong commitment regarding handover of the problem. But not yet got my repaired TABLET. Most surprisingly, eevn after so many escalations, no one is trying to resolve and revert back or talk to me. Everytime I am contacing them. Pls arrange for refund of money as now I do not want to get back that TABLET. If this is the service at first one and half month, I can not expect any service in coming days/future.
