[Resolved]  HCL — REGULAR PROBLEM WITH NEWLY PURCHASED TABLET HCL ME TOUCH 2G

Dear Sir, I purchased a HCL ME Tablet 2g connect with SERIAL NO 0513PCC2G2DIT19264 on 27th July'13 and after that i was facing regular Network Disconnection problem in the set. I visited the Customer care centre in Janakpuri 3 times for that and i was told thay they have checked the set and its not showing any problem but even then when i used it i was facing the same Network disconnection very often. finally i had given the set for repair and for 15 days it was lying at Janakpuri service centre for want of new mother board. i contacted the direct customer care number and i was told that the Janakpuri centre person would contact me after checking the set again and if possible the set would be replaced by a new set but i never received any call from those people anytime/ after receiving the set within few days it started showing display problem and when i contacted them they said the display had to be replaced. i submitted the set on 16/09/2013 with Jobsheet No [protected] and till date i have not received the set from the customer care. They said that the screen is broken and had to be replaced but it was not broken and some lines were formed in the middle of the screen. i even said that i will pay for it but give my set in good condition. when i contacted them every time they said that the part is not available. its been more than 30 days but i have not received the set. i said that i will complain to consumer court and they said that what they can do ????? Iam totally embarrased now and don't know what to do. I request you to pls provide me remedy. either the set should be replaced or my money to be refund back. i received calls from the general customer care people about my visit at customer care and when i explained them my problem they disconnected the call every time.
