[Resolved]  HCL Tablet — CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER

Sirs,
I am surprised to know that my warranty is expired for my tablet purchased on 06/05/2012, not completing 12months of warranty.
on registering my complaints agaist ME Tablet U1, seriol 312STN002750, my complaint nos. [protected] @ 04:13 p.m. and [protected] @03:02 p.m. on 30/04/2013 from your service center Mobile Point, Dagdi Shaala, Thane(w), I was shocked when your call centre receptionist Ms Monica replied that warranty on tablet is expired.
Check your call records on 30/04/13 at 02:24 duration 00:02:00 minutes, at 03:25 dur 00:06:36 min, at 03:57 dur 00:07:46 min, at 04:07 dur 00:04:37 min, finally at 04:14 dur 00:14:00 minutes, all in vain.
I tried to convince Ms Monica to accept my purchase bill to be submitted at sevice center but all in vain. However purchase bill's copy is emailed to u, but no response.
NOW LOOK OUT FOR ATTACHMENT OF PURCHASE BILL & INSTRUCT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER TO REPAIR MY TABLET WITHOUT ANY DELAY, OR BE READY FOR LEGAL ACTION AS TIME IS RUNNING.
