[Resolved]  HCL Tablet — JUST MAKING FOOL AND REPLYING

VERY RESPECTED CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORUM,

I HAVE SUBMITTED MY TABLET AT 25/5/2013 TODAY09/07/2013 EVERY DAY I CALL THEM THEY GIVE ME ANOTHER DATE AND I AM FED UP WITH DATES THEY ARE SAYING PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE BUT I CAN UNDERSTAND 15 DAYS BUT ITS MORE THAN MONTH AND SAME THING IS DONE AND I AM FOOLED I CANT BLAIM THE HCL SERVICE CENTER PERSON BECAUSE THAT POOR UNCLE DON'T HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER REPAIRING MY TABLET BUT HCL IS IT SO CHEAP THAT ITS NOT GIVING MY TABLET AND NOR THE HCL IS GOING TO INCREASE MY WARRANTY
I HAVE BOUGHT MY TABLET ON 14/02/2013 BUT WITHIN A MONTH IT STARTED SHOWING PROBLEMS AND EVERY ANOTHER WEEK END I HAD TO APPROACH SERVICE CENTER TO REPAIR IT AS IT USE TO GET HANGED AUTOMATICALLY BEING ANNOYED I ASKED HCL TO REFUND AND I HAVE SENT THEM MAILS 10 TIMES ONLY AUTO-RESPONSE IS GIVEN BY THE MACHINE NOR THE HCL OR NODAL OFFICER TEXT OR MESSAGE ME MY BROTHER USING MICRO-MAX TABLET DID NOT SHOWED A SINGLE PROBLEM
I AM COMMON AND SIMPLE MAN THEY HAVE CHARGED ME 15000 FOR TABLET BUT GIVEN A FAULTY PRODUCT ALWAYS AND AGAIN AND AGAIN THEY ARE FOOLING INDIANS PLEASE HELP PLEASE
