HCL Tablet — UNSATISFIED WITH HCL TABLET

I am Vikas Sharma from Andheri east ( mumbai) i purchase a new hcl tablet from andheri west the shop name is kumkum.
lat three months. in last three month my tablet is come terreble problem . but there after i dont have any respons from hcl service centre, they always told you can go in customer service centre but they were not give proper responce to me.........

sir please help me as as soon as possible...
