i applied for business loan from hdb financial services for sum of rs 15 lacks...on 22nd of march 2013,after giving them each and every document as said by the officials of hdb and after so much of verifications...on 30th march i.e-today one executive from hdb comes at my door named kunal cell no.[protected] with empty,blank agreement and tells us to sign on the blank loan agreement no 78843...as asked by me why you taking the sign on blank loan agreement...the answer was ITS THE BANKING PROCEDURE you can ask our credit manager .AND DECIDING THEIR OWN RATE OF INTEREST,TENURE AND LOAN AMOUNT ! they should tell us the rate of interest,loan tenure...just taking signator on the BLANK LOAN AGREEMENT ! HDB Financial Services are agreed to give us loan @24%, after communication with Mr.Sharad from thane branch he tell us the interest rate @22% but he gives us a blank document. We will not get the details from him so we decided not to take loan.
The second day he was asking loan agreement, we are on job so my husband promise him that in the evening time we will return back the blank agreement. But he was not ready and call my husband ten times and started to giving him bad words.
We will surprise why Peoples like Mr.Sharad was appointed by HDB because this will reduce the goodwill of HDFC Bank also.
We will request that they should remove the employee like Mr.Sharad.
