I Onkar Singh worked with HDFC BANK Pathankot as branch co-ex from april 2006 to may 2007 under the Emp. Code 47171 and i gave my resiganation to Mr Jatinder Kalra Branch manager at that time but till date i have not received my PF. i want to withdraw my PF amount Pls mail me the address where i have to send the PF withdrawal form i have send it twice a time but returned without deliver Pls mail me the right

sir ihad resign due to my family personal problem but do not get any proof of my resignation as well as my matter is showing absconding as per your record
i dont know from which matter i am asconding whether i had done a fraud with bank or i had taken any thing from bank pls repl me till now i donot get any settlement from ur side please do my full and final settlement if possible and pls remove my absconding because it is a bad mark of me as well it give negative mark to me
point to be noted that if iam absconding then why i should readfy to come in front o[censored]u to face it here the sanju gupta who is the totally fraud and done fraud with mee

HDFC Bank — Poor Quality OF Service

Hi,

I have opened an account in HDFC bank. But there was no customer ID written on any of the Hard copies provided by the bank. I tried calling the HDFC customer care, but in vain. I tried many a times until one week to catch the customer care executive but it always made me wait for minutes finally I couldn't contact the phone officer. I would like to raise a compliant on the HDFC guys for their poor service. I wasted my time,money and was frustrated a lot. This is no way acceptable.

Govt should monitor the Quality Of Service of these kinda banks.

Very true. I agree with you (I worked in HDFC bank for 4 years 2006 to 2010) . HR in HDFC bank is like sleeping cell and when it comes to employee engagement it is very minimal and I am 100% sure that it won't be more than 5% if they do perform any such survey. As per the records HDFC bank has 35% attrition rate (one of the highest in industry). They (HDFC Bank) DO NOT care about employee's Health and Well being, which is very sad. I urge to HR of HDFC bank that they should take some positive steps towards work life balance of employee and follow industry’s best standards in employee well being.
