Dear Sir,
I am an A/c holder(A/C No. of HDFC Bank, R. T. Nagar.
I made a money transaction through ICCI ATM centre, Kottayam, using HDFC Debit Card, on 17th Oct. 2007. I withdrawed Rs. 5000/-.Since the system got stucked, the cash not dispensed in the ATM but I was billed for the amount. As HDFC customer care says, I filed a complaint to the nearest HDFC Bank,that is, Kottayam Branch, in ten minutes time.
After that, I provided the card holder dispute form and all the details several times to all concerned people. But even after three months, I didn’t receive my money back, even though ICICI Bank claimed the money back.The charge back section of debit card disputes has not even replied to my mails also.

Sir,
I applied for a housing loan with HDFC in the month of March 08, for this i got confirmation of loan approval on march 15 ( File no[protected], a loan disbursal plan was also provided to me.
But even to this date HDFC has not been able to Disburse the loan of the grounds of some missing documents with seller ( its almost more than 5 months ) since the loan is not disbursed I had written several mails to the concerned authorities but they have failed to provide any specific dates to me.I have been only telephonic confirmation on loan approvals from staff working with HDFC banks, but nothing has happened so far.
i am facing mental harassement as i dont know the exact status of Home loan besides the financal loss i had to incur becuase i could not produce the documents on Home loan payments.
I have spoken to all authorities but they are not giving me any dates so my entire investment is in jeoprady and i have nowhere to go, i am sharing this experience to let other customers know to what extent HDFC bank can go to Harass their customers mentally and incure them financial losses for which they are not taking responsibility.
It is thereby requested to avoid using the services from HDFC Bank Home loans specially the Borivali Branch, Mumbai, which is highly incompetent in terms of customer services.
