My name is Seemeen.
I had policy called Suvidha Plus from HDFC life Insuramce.
I had surrender my policy on 13th august and til date they had not issue me a cheque. However as per there rule i should receive cheque within 10 days.
Everytime i had follwed up to HDFC people.They never shown intrest whethe customer's need. after 15 days when i enquired they said its courier to your address on 27th of August you wil get within a week after courier. I waited for a week, but still i have not mreceived teh cheque. Then again I had enquired in customer care on 7th of september, they said its deliverde to you and you have received it. I was very shocked that i had not received cheque then who has taken. Then i told them that i have not received. They checcked and confirm that its delives to sombpdyelse and we are sory for that. But just saying a sorry will not solve your proble. How people workng in such a Brand can be so irresponsible. They said they will recall and send it back to me. But there was another issue. They had printed wrong name on the cheque. Again i had complaint on 17th of september 2010. And they said i wil get it maximum within 7 working days. But still till date i.e. on 29th of september 2010 i have not received cheque. Whole day i tried to call in branch but these peole they even dont pick up the call. When i had complaint in customer care about this senario they said that might be they are busy so thats why they dont pick up the cal.
How sily and its very rediculous.
I can say one thing for HDFC Life Insurance" Naam Bade Aur Darshan Khote"
Very bitter experience for me atleast. The prpose why i had surrender the policy finaly not resolved. I wanted that amount as i was in need. But thse people thay dont have mnners how to speak with customer.
One thing i can say, if you want to take policy hen they will give you call several time in a day, but when it comes to refund the money they are just Bullshettt!!! Was this information helpful? |
