HDFC Bank Quick Remit — deducted 15 euros for remittance

Dear,

Recently I have done remittance in HDFC quickremit and they have deducted 15 euros from my account. I have done few remittances earlier and has never faced this earlier. This has happened for all the transaction by all me friends in this month.

Every one is very annoyed and are reluctant to use hdfc anymore.

Hi, It started happening for me also from Dec'11. Now we need to stop using Quickremit from next month onwards. The Banks in Europe are charging less than 15 euro and will transfer the money to India in 1 day with the same exchange rate. If Quickremit doesn't resolve this 15 euro charge, I will use that option.
Hi,
I have transfer using Axixremit, they have also dected 15 euro for the transation.
Stop using Remit tansasation i guesss.
It realy serious.
Can some one help me...
Recently I also did remittance in HDFC quickremit and they have deducted 15 euros from my account. Quickremit showing deposition of full amount euros but they quickremit deposited 15 Euros less and they are saying that corresponding bank has taken charges 15 Euros but when I inquire correspondence bank they deduct any charges. Really annoying service.
